Background / History

Xiao Wu originally lived as a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soft Bone Rabbit in the Star Dou Great Forest. When Tang Hao, Yang Wudi, and Niu Gao hunted her for her spirit ring, she fought fiercely but was eventually injured and unable to escape. She called to her mother, Da Ming, and Er Ming for help. 181

Her mother rescued her from Tang Hao, only for Qian Xunji and Spirit Hall's Titled Douluo to arrive. To give Xiao Wu a chance to escape Spirit Hall, Xiao Wu's Mother sacrificed herself to Tang Hao, making him a Titled Douluo and extracting his promise to protect Xiao Wu. 182 183 184

After her mother's death, Xiao Wu remained at Mirror Lake with Da Ming and Er Ming. Determined to enter human society, cultivate again, and take revenge on Tang Hao and Spirit Hall's Pope, she began the transformation into a human-form embryo. Mu Ge secretly intercepted the process and absorbed her into his Dantian as an acquired Second Spirit. 197 198

Xiao Wu initially resisted violently after awakening with her memories intact. She eventually accepted becoming Mu Ge's Martial Soul after he offered to help her kill Tang Hao and informed her that Qian Xunji was already dead. 198 199

She later joined Mu Ge's household and was accepted by Ah Yin, Liu Erlong, Xiao Ai, Ke Ke, and Guo Er. In the Dream World's Soul Master Duel, she defeated Tang San with her 100,000-Year spirit skills, then conceded the final match to Xiao Ai in accordance with Mu Ge's promise to his daughter. 201 211 212

After Mu Ge became a god, Xiao Wu sought the Asura God's inheritance for herself and offered to become his woman in return. Mu Ge eventually transferred the godhood to her, then revived her in a newly formed body at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well. 295 299 300

Personality

Xiao Wu is fiercely attached to her family. She calls desperately for her mother, Da Ming, and Er Ming when cornered, mourns her mother's sacrifice, and remains deeply moved when Da Ming and Er Ming choose to sacrifice themselves partly for her sake. 181 184 215

Her mother's death drives her determination for revenge against Tang Hao and Spirit Hall. Even after becoming Mu Ge's acquired spirit against her will, she retains her anger and only cooperates after securing his promise to help kill Tang Hao. 197 198 199

After adapting to her transformed form, Xiao Wu displays a playful and mischievous side. She eagerly enters the Dream World's tournament after watching Xiao Ai compete, and she quickly becomes friends with Mu Ge's daughters, behaving much like a spirited child herself. 209 212

She is also ambitious and direct. Having experienced godly power through Mu Ge, she openly asks to inherit the Asura God's godhood and makes a bold personal offer to obtain it. 295
