Spring, the season when all things revive.

Monsters in the swamp forest begin to stir, demi-humans on the banks of the Reed River sharpen sticks to make traps, waiting for prey. Adventurers from the north are also carefully checking their wands and potions, preparing for a new year of exploration.

But in the shadows, the slimes, whom they consider prey, are watching all of this.

It is waiting.

Waiting for the flying sword to be forged, the Daoist arts to be perfected, and its other self to establish its foundation.
