They're All Schemers

Di Kun turned back to look at Diming, his expression indescribable. He did not know whether the Earth Dragon Clan had become like this because of his influence. Their luck was truly beyond words, and they were all such schemers. They clearly possessed such a powerful treasure, yet they had maxed out all their survival skills. Di Kun could only say it was definitely not hereditary! It could only be said that the Earth Dragon Clan was naturally like this!

Di Kun shook his head and said, "Take me to where the Elders are in seclusion. I have some questions for them as well." Diming nodded and led Di Kun toward the place where the Elders were secluded.

Di Kun was somewhat dumbfounded. What was that supposed to mean? Did this thing move around on its own? "When did you evacuate the clan grounds? And how did you find it?"

Diming thought for a moment before replying, "Reporting to Ancestor, we evacuated within one eon after you preached the Dao. At that time, the ferocious beasts had spread beyond the north. Our clan lacked the strength to resist them, so we decided to leave. It was then that Elder Difu emerged from seclusion, had a sudden intuition, and found it within the clan grounds."

As Diming spoke, he pointed to one of the three Elders. The man appeared middle-aged and calm. Though his eyes were closed, one could still sense an immovable-as-a-mountain aura around him. "Elder Difu has the deepest understanding of the Earthly Dao in our clan. Most of the spells and divine abilities our clansmen cultivate today originated from his hands."

Di Kun fell into thought upon hearing this. He secretly marveled that the Earth Dragon Clan's luck was indeed quite good. If he had not preached the Dao and guided them onto the path of the Earthly Dao, they probably would not have discovered this Creation Jade Disc Fragment even when they left.

As they fused, the soil slowly dried and cracked before gradually crumbling into sand and gravel. The sand and gravel swirled around them, dancing through the air. Watching the process, Di Kun knew that the divine ability they had comprehended this time was likely an offensive one.

After thinking about it, Di Kun realized that the Earthly Dao did indeed seem to possess very few offensive divine abilities. Even he himself had not spent much effort comprehending or creating attack-type divine abilities. The thought made Di Kun a little embarrassed. Those Chaos Gods and Demons probably will not casually reveal their own existence.
