The sky above all of Lizardmen City was as bright as day, with alarms sounding one after another.

When the Lizardmen Elders learned that Ang and the others had returned, their expressions immediately turned tense and furious.

They hurried toward the prison. Several of the more senior elders were filled with anger, their footsteps heavy as though they might erupt at any moment.

After passing through layer after layer of heavily guarded Lizardman soldiers, the Lizardmen Elders finally arrived at the prison entrance.

"Count Ang," the leading elder said in a deep voice, suppressing his fury. "Shouldn't you explain what you did today?"

The other Lizardmen Elders behind him also looked hostile as they joined in, their imposing manner pressing down on everyone present.

It was clear that if Ang failed to explain himself, they would not hesitate to tear all pretenses apart.
