After leaving Robin, Ross quickly walked to Olvia's room.

Aside from what he gained from Sakazuki, these two were his biggest takeaways from Ohara.

They couldn't help him much in his career, but they could bring him a lot of enjoyment.

With his current status, enjoyment and pleasure were far more valuable than material possessions.

Without any thought of knocking, Ross pushed the door open directly.

His gaze swept across the room, quickly locking onto Olvia, who was in front of the desk.

Due to the ship's recent vibrations, the room was quite messy, with bedding and chairs overturned on the floor.

But Olvia made no move to right them, simply standing by the desk, protecting the Poneglyph document on it as she read.

She didn't even notice the sound of Ross opening the door.

"So engrossed?"

Ross walked behind Olvia, resting his left hand on her shoulder and his right hand cupping her chest.

"Saint Ross!"

Startled by the sudden contact, Olvia first jumped in surprise. Realizing it was Ross, she finally relaxed.

After using a heavy object to secure the document so it wouldn't fly away, she leaned back against the chair, breathing heavily.

She didn't even dare to change her posture, afraid Ross might change his mind because of it.

Right now, she had no other thoughts. She just wanted to properly study the Poneglyph and, taking advantage of an opportunity when Ross and the others weren't paying attention, publicize it all.

Even if there was no opportunity, it didn't matter. She would preserve the translated history. As long as it wasn't discovered, someone would eventually find it and reveal it to the world.

This was the wish of all the historians of Ohara, and she had to fulfill it.

"To what extent have you researched the history of the World Government?"

Ross had no intention of being gentle. He pinched Olvia and lifted her, placing her on his lap, continuing his previous actions.

Olvia was likely the most authoritative historian alive. He guessed only the old immortals in the Holy Land knew more than her.

He was quite interested in learning about the history of this world.

But he definitely couldn't learn from the Celestial Dragons. He could see now that the Celestial Dragons were either idiots or riddlers.

Even if he went to ask Saturn, he probably wouldn't get any answers.

Much of history was sealed away, accessible only to the Five Elders.

"We have a decent understanding. Saint Ross, which parts are you interested in?"

Olvia felt a slight pain in her body but tried to ignore Ross's actions, focusing her attention on what he was saying.

If Ross liked history, it would be great news for her.

"Tell me about the world history you know. Start with the origin of the Marineford Era," Ross said casually.

He didn't expect to hear any explosive news from Olvia. Knowing a few small secrets would be good enough.

"Alright."

Olvia already hoped Ross liked history, which would give her a better research environment.

She decided to completely relax her body, organize her thoughts, and began to narrate:

"The history we know is counted from the Marineford Era, marking the beginning of the current world structure."

"1500 years ago, for unknown reasons, the world's foundation sank by 200 meters. The continent that was once connected was divided. This phenomenon lasted for decades, forming the current world landscape."

"We designated the day the world underwent a massive change as Marineford Era Year 1, January 1st."

"What about before the Marineford Era?" Ross asked, interested.

He wasn't a history buff before, so he hadn't paid attention to such details.

Causing the ground to sink by 200 meters was no small matter.

"Before the Marineford Era was called the Heavenly Calendar. Much of the history from that era is submerged beneath the ocean, so I don't know much."

Olvia thought for a moment before continuing, "According to the information gathered by Ohara, the peak periods for the Giant race and the Fish-Man race were likely during that time. However, something happened later that caused these two races to withdraw from the historical stage."

"It is said that during the Heavenly Calendar era, most humans were slaves to various powerful races, completely unable to resist."

"That makes sense. From the beginning of the world's upheaval, humans became the absolute protagonists of the world, and an era of human chaos began."

"In that era, each island was a human nation, with all sorts of fleets expanding outward. Other races were suffocated by human ingenuity."

"Truly a magnificent era," Ross raised an eyebrow.

"Indeed, it was a chaotic yet prosperous era. The level of chaos was far more intense than the current Great Pirate Era, reaching a point where almost everyone was a soldier and everyone was a slave."

Olvia nodded seriously, having already ignored Ross's subconscious actions.

Every time she spoke of that period of history, she felt a surge of emotion.

"Right, I don't know how your family history records it, but according to the incomplete historical information we've obtained, the Jaygarcia Family was first recorded in historical documents in Marineford Era 138."

"That early?"

Ross raised an eyebrow, gesturing for Olvia to continue.

He had thought the Celestial Dragon families had suddenly risen to prominence during that Void Century, but thinking about it carefully, it was impossible for all the powers that united 20 nations to create the World Government 800 years ago to have sprung up suddenly. There had to be quite a few established, powerful nations among them.

"Yes, it's recorded on Jaygarcia Island that in Marineford Era 138, the Jaygarcia Kingdom was founded, and its first king was named Salen."

"The Jaygarcia Kingdom was still very weak back then. After 400 years of proliferation and growth, it became one of the strongest kingdoms in the South Blue."

"Then, in Marineford Era 700, the World Government was officially established, and the Jaygarcia Family abandoned their ancestral land to become Celestial Dragons."

Olvia's eyes flickered. This was all known information.

But how the Jaygarcia Family became Celestial Dragons was something history simply didn't record.

The last recorded information about the Jaygarcia Family before the World Government's establishment was in Marineford Era 583, which coincided with the beginning of that Void Century.

The other Celestial Dragon families were similar. They had visited the ancestral lands of all the Celestial Dragon families, and some didn't even have a shred of historical information.

What exactly happened during that century? The formation of the World Government by the alliance of 20 kingdoms was a monumental achievement, worthy of being widely celebrated in history.

But why did the World Government erase that period of history and forbid anyone from researching it?

What on earth happened during that century?

Ross pinched his face playfully. How could he not know what Olvia was thinking?

She wanted to get some information from him or pique his curiosity.

Unfortunately, he knew nothing about it and had no intention of investigating.

However, the ancestral land of the Jaygarcia Family was worth a visit.

This was a world that valued bloodlines. Perhaps he could find some treasures left behind by his ancestors.

But for now, there were more interesting things to do.

He was a bit hungry.
