After the auction’s factions fought over a 150,000-year-old soul beast, Tang Lan rescued trapped Soul Masters and pursued the Radiant Dragon Sect, where rival forces gathered to seize the beast.

• Tang Lan demonstrated Tang Sect Soul Tools, sold the Super Aggregation Soul Armor to Shrek Academy, and invited Lin Zheng to visit the Tang Sect’s headquarters.
• Tang Lan invited Qiao Na and Lin Ni to the Ten Thousand Treasures Commerce auction, bought entry invitations, and purchased the Mixed Gold Hands for Qiao Na, who accepted an elder position in the Tang Sect.
• At the auction, Tang Lan bought the Mermaid King’s Heart of Protection, the One Leaf Ark, and a map of the Sea of Death, while Long Heng won the Chaotic Sky Dharma Robe.
• Xiao Chenyi presented a chained 150,000-year-old Three-Eyed Macaque, and Long Heng won it for thirty million Gold Soul Coins as bidders formed plans to ambush those leaving the auction.

• Xie ZhiKuan trapped his pursuers in the Bewilderment Array, where Tang Lan rescued several Soul Masters in exchange for Ninth-Rank Soul Tools and fought off Titled Douluo who tried to rob him.
• Tang Lan left the array, pursued Xie ZhiKuan and the Radiant Dragon Sect juniors, and found Yi Chong’s allies confronting them over the Three-Eyed Macaque.
• Yuan Jing offered Tang Lan payment to help repel Yi Chong’s group, but Tang Lan demanded immediate payment and remained skeptical when Yuan Jing offered two million Gold Soul Coins and a Level 9 Soul Tool as a deposit.

Tang Lan took Long Yao and Bell into the Sea of Death, where they survived dangerous Soul Beasts and discovered a hidden cavern. In the Black Sea, Tang Lan collected materials amid a vast battle, then hurried toward a juvenile Evil Spirit Orca after Long Yao asked to save it.

• Tang Lan fought Chao Yunxi, spared her and her Nine-Winged Demon Snake, then bargained with Yuan Jing for Soul Tools and abducted Long Yao to obtain the Three-Eyed Macaque.
• Tang Lan learned that Long Yao wanted to save the injured macaque and took her toward the Sea of Death, where Bell joined their voyage after Tang Lan discovered he was the Bai He Sect’s inheritor.
• Tang Lan steered their soulboat away from a giant Soul Beast that wrecked other boats, then watched a Red Phosphorus Dragon Fish King die during its lightning tribulation and killed a shark carrying its head.
• Tang Lan, Long Yao, and Bell reached Rock Moon Island, explored a cavern filled with rare metal and a giant humanoid Soul Tool shell, and found Gold’s remains and letter.
• Tang Lan led his companions into the Sea of Death’s inner region and reached the Black Sea, where two hundred-thousand-year-old Evil Spirit Tiger Sharks attacked a Soul Whale.
• Tang Lan fought a young Evil Spirit Orca underwater and left it surrounded by Ancient Soul Sharks, while the adult orcas and other powerful sea beasts battled nearby.
• Tang Lan gathered rare materials as the surviving Soul Beasts fought, then killed the Deep Sea Demonic Whale and took its Right Arm Bone.
• The juvenile Evil Spirit Orca devoured the whale and returned to its dying parents, and Tang Lan hurried the soul vessel toward it after Long Yao asked to save it.

Tang Lan subdued several sea beasts, helped Long Yao gain a Soul Spirit, and entered the Death God's inheritance while pursuing the tribulation in the Sea of Death. After passing two trials and gaining Ning Xian and a Great Earth Dragon Soul Spirit, he faced the Soul Devouring Ants and continued deeper into the inheritance.

• Tang Lan helped the Evil Spirit Orca escape, took two dying Evil Spirit Tiger Sharks as Soul Spirits, and later defeated the Flame Domain Jellyfish King with Dragon Turtle Baxia, who became his Soul Spirit.
• Tang Lan and Bell drove the Thousand-Faced Beast from the Giant Soul Whale, while Tang Lan spared the freed whale and gave the beast's remains to Bell.
• Long Yao made the Three-Eyed Macaque her Soul Spirit and absorbed its Samadhi Demon Eye, greatly increasing her spiritual power.
• Tang Lan left Bell and Long Yao on Wind Bird Island and found petrified ruins in the Sea of Death, where he encountered the Hundred-Eyed Demon Kun and entered the Death God's inheritance.
• Tang Lan passed the Endless Thought Domain, received the Slaughter Blade, and met its sealed artifact spirit, Ning Xian.
• Tang Lan summoned Ning Xian to wound the Great Earth Dragon, then made the dragon his Soul Spirit and gained the Earth Rock Spear skill.
• Tang Lan escaped the Soul Devouring Ants after losing much of his Soul Power, rejected the Death God's command to rescue the Golden Winged Roc, and rested before fighting a Winged Black Tiger and a Three-Headed Demon Leopard.

Tang Lan passed the Third Gate, claimed a True Dragon Soul, and entered a desert where he gathered companions and Heart of the Earth fragments. After exploring Cang’s hidden legacy and contracting several artifacts, he reached Flame Mountain with Sha Li to pursue the final fragment.

• Tang Lan escaped the Soul Devouring Ant Queen through a Space Channel, cleared the Third Gate, and took a True Dragon Soul from the Death God’s Treasure Trove before entering the desert.
• Tang Lan gained a golden Seventh Soul Ring and defeated desert beasts to collect Earth Soul Crystals, then met Sha Li, the Sand Giant carrying a Heart of the Earth fragment.
• Tang Lan and Sha Li defeated the Ash Lord, and Sha Li absorbed his fragment before leading Tang Lan to Qing Zhu, who gave Tang Lan her fragment and became the Azure Lightning Flute’s artifact spirit.
• Tang Lan and Sha Li defeated the Rock Crystal Scorpion King, explored its cave, and recruited the Ten Thousand Year Ginseng King, then discovered Cang’s hidden chamber and contracted the Star Gold Furnace and Space-Piercing Mystic Needle.
• Tang Lan and Sha Li hunted Soul Beasts for over half a month and collected sixteen more Heart of the Earth fragments, bringing Tang Lan’s total to seventeen.
• Tang Lan reached Flame Mountain with Sha Li, who sensed the owner of the final fragment at the summit, and began climbing.
