Lu Ziyin became Silver Sword Peak’s Peak Master after Xue Yun’s departure. Despite having once cultivated at Spirit Transformation, he was a Nascent Soul cultivator when he assumed the position. He personally descended the mountain to locate prospective disciples for Shushan, accompanied by Li Xuanxiao. 58

During this recruitment journey, he slew a wolf demon attacking a village and rescued Feng Liuli. When villagers later branded her a “Calamity Star,” Lu Ziyin intervened, used divination to establish that her fate was ordinary, and arranged for her to receive basic self-defense instruction. 58 59

An illusion formation on Silver Sword Peak’s back mountain detained him through Feng Liuli’s apprenticeship ceremony and for a year afterward.
