Xiao Xian was originally an unsuccessful web-novel writer on Earth. While attempting a daily website check-in late at night, he received the Multiverse Sign-In System. 2

In the Dou Qi Continent, he joined the Xiao Clan as a guest elder despite having no blood relation to the clan. The clan granted him the entire Back Mountain, paid his stipend, and generally relied on him only for problems beyond its ability to handle. 6 9 He also brought the young Xiao Xun'er into the Xiao Clan, where she later grew up alongside Xiao Yan. 6

After reaching the Dou Emperor realm, Xiao Xian spent five years plundering and overpowering Ancient Sects across the continent.
