Qian Renxue is Qian Daoliu’s granddaughter, an Angel Clan genius who awakened with innate twentieth-rank Soul Power. As successor to the Angel God’s legacy, she is treated with deference by Spirit Hall’s worshippers and elders, contributing to her pride and difficulty in letting others close to her 340 367.

Rather than being selected as the original candidate, Qian Renxue chose to undertake Spirit Hall’s infiltration of the Heaven Dou Empire to prove herself. She spent more than a decade living under the identity of Crown Prince Xue Qinghe, sacrificing key years of cultivation for the mission 317 341.

Contact with Huo Yuhao

While acting as Xue Qinghe, Qian Renxue meets Huo Yuhao during the investigation into the Oran City slave trade. She is angered by the involvement of Prince Xue Xing and purported Spirit Hall corruption, while Huo Yuhao deliberately steers the case to draw her into action 127 128.

She tests Huo Yuhao’s stance toward Spirit Hall by questioning him about the incident and eventually offers Spirit Hall’s support for his proposed academy. Seeing his concern for commoner Soul Masters as aligned with Spirit Hall’s ideals, she resolves to recruit him rather than eliminate him 159 161.

Huo Yuhao persuades Qian Renxue that Bibi Dong’s hostility toward the Angel Clan threatens both her family and Spirit Hall’s future.
