Background / History

Zhuge Xiang was an orphan from Moluo City, raised by an old beggar whom he regarded as his grandfather and only family. As a child, he witnessed the old beggar being killed by vicious dogs, personally buried him, and carried that loss as the central reason he sought strength. 284 297

He later entered the Asura Sect as an outer disciple. During his first year there, he developed an understanding of cultivation and acquired the dangerous Bloodthirsty Technique, whose power and severe backlash became a defining part of his early combat style. 8 13

His rapid rise began during the sect's Grand Tournament, where he stopped concealing his injuries, defeated increasingly stronger opponents, and built a close friendship and rivalry with Lu Yuling. 22 26 28

Appearance

At eighteen, Zhuge Xiang had outgrown his youthful appearance, developing sharp features and a taller frame. His ordinary appearance contrasts sharply with the increasingly monstrous manifestations of his bloodline abilities. 191
