Overview
A Soul Ring forms when a Soul Beast dies and can be refined into a Soul Master's body, becoming part of them and granting a soul skill. Ye Han obtains his first soul skill, Soul Wine, after refining a hundred-year Soul Ring. 2
A Soul Master must personally deliver the final blow to the Soul Beast in order to refine its ring. A ring from a Soul Beast killed by someone else cannot be absorbed. 31 98
Acquisition and Refinement
- A suitable Soul Beast is killed, causing its Soul Ring to emerge. 2 31 98
- The prospective recipient draws the ring toward themselves with Soul Power and refines it. 2 115
- Successful refinement integrates the ring into the recipient and produces a corresponding soul skill. 2 99
Compatibility can outweigh age when selecting a ring. Ye Han chose the approximately 1,500-year-old Soul Wine Tree for his third ring because it was highly compatible with his Wine Gourd Martial Soul. 70 73
