Its ranks include Red Robe Cardinals, Platinum Bishops, Purple-Robed Bishops, White-Robed Deacons, guards, and local Soul Master personnel. Tokens use layered emblems to identify rank; more intricate patterns indicate greater authority 95 102.

Military strength

• Spirit Hall was believed to possess Qian Daoliu, a Rank 99 Limit Douluo, as well as roughly sixteen or seventeen Titled Douluo during its early expansion period 49.
• Its power did not rest solely on elite combatants: it commanded tens of thousands of Soul Masters, with estimates reaching nearly seventy thousand across the continent and thirty to forty thousand stationed in Spirit City before the Beast Tides 110 318.
• Even after repeated losses, the surviving organization still retained eight Titled Douluo during Bibi Dong's restoration effort 397.
• After Bibi Dong's return, more than ten thousand Soul Masters regrouped under her, including approximately four thousand at Spirit King or Soul Ancestor level 401.

Spirit Hall was already regarded as the continent's strongest major power when Li Xun began assessing the political landscape. Its influence came from its widespread local halls, large Soul Master force, and the hidden concentration of Titled Douluo under its authority 3 47 49.

Its internal divisions limited that strength. The Pope Palace and Worship Hall maintained deep tensions, generally cooperating only over continental-scale matters or existential crises. Qian Daoliu's faction supported Qian Renxue, while Bibi Dong commanded the Pope Palace and her own loyal elders 48 260 323.

Spirit Hall openly sought to unify the continent, creating conflict with the Upper Three Sects and the Heaven Dou Empire. The Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect eventually entered an affiliation with Spirit Hall, but its leaders continued to cultivate independent influence and political leverage 49 197 225.

Public Influence

• Spirit Hall provides free martial soul awakenings and Soul Master subsidies, making it popular among lower-class Soul Masters and ordinary citizens 197.
• It also collects Spirit Beast remains and maintains local halls throughout the continent, giving it a practical presence beyond its religious authority 197.
• Many Soul Masters supported Spirit Hall's actions in Heaven Dou City because they had benefited from its policies, even when its arrest of the Strength Clan drew public controversy 130.
• Its wealth is evident in facilities such as the gold-threaded interiors of its halls and the Colored Rock arena constructed before Pope Palace 104 221.
