Minato Namikaze used agricultural ninjutsu and political persuasion to build support for the Senju and Uchiha clans while strengthening his own abilities. As the Chunin Exams began, Minato formed an alliance among several teams, while the Cloud Hidden Village pursued a secret plan involving an Uzumaki Orphan.

• Minato Namikaze developed agricultural Earth Release techniques, taught them to Guangxia, and earned chakra as his work inspired farmers.
• Minato returned to Konoha, demonstrated the Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique, and set out to gain power and influence while helping Kushina and the Senju Clan.
• Minato warned Fugaku that the Senju Clan’s decline threatened the Uchiha, prompting Fugaku and Uchiha Ishijima to pursue reconciliation with Tsunade.
• Uchiha Ishijima and Tsunade agreed on leases for Senju properties and cooperation between the clans, while Minato learned that Kushina might be targeted because of her clan’s sealing techniques.
• Minato helped Guangxia establish the Autumn Fruit Organization and developed a plan to use chakra-bearing livestock, earning a major system reward and raising his power.
• Minato trained his speed and began developing the Rasengan, while Jiraiya entered his team in the Chunin Exams.
• The Third Lightning Kage arrived in Konoha intending to capture and experiment on an Uzumaki Orphan, while Kushina joined the Chunin Exams with an ANBU team.
• Minato allied his team and Kushina’s team with Senju Chihiro’s and Uchiha Mikoto’s teams, drawing Nara Shikaku’s attention.

Minato survived the Chunin Exams, recovered Kushina’s brother, and traveled with Takeoto to Kyoto, where he helped the young Bumper Guard General overthrow Jiu Hui. The General backed Minato’s farming organization, leaving it with a stable base as Konoha’s internal conflicts threatened its future reach.

• Kushina recognized Ei Yano Yu as the man who had abducted her brother, and Minato’s team fought the Cloud ninja until Minato rescued Shinmen and defeated Toroi.
• Minato trained in Wind Release and won the Chunin Exams finals against Kushina and Ei Yano Yu, then became a chunin and took Shinmen to Tsunade for treatment.
• Minato tried to place a bounty on the Hawk Guard General, escaped an ambush at the Underground Exchange, and warned Guangxia that farmers who learned ninjutsu faced a purge.
• Minato accompanied Takeoto and Shinmen to Kyoto, where Takeoto assigned him to investigate the Hyuga Clan’s land dispute along Bumper Guard Road.
• Minato discovered that the circus Clown was the nine-year-old Bumper Guard General, then agreed to help him remove Grand Minister Jiu Hui in exchange for support for the Autumn Fruit Organization.
• Minato and Hyuga River helped the General seize the Grand Council Hall, where the General killed Jiu Hui, suppressed the rebellion, and restored the Hyuga Clan’s rights.
• The General visited Liangju Town, praised the farmers’ use of ninjutsu, and encouraged the Autumn Fruit Organization to expand, while Minato gained 50 chakra units.

Minato turned sealing techniques and the electric motor into new businesses, helping Shinmen and the Uchiha build independent sources of income. As the Uchiha’s workshop came under a Cloud attack enabled by Danzo’s interference, Fugaku awakened his Mangekyo and Minato rushed toward the crisis.

• Minato helped Shinmen develop Battery Talismans and the Ten Lines Sealing Technique, then established the Cicada of Summer Organization with Tsunade’s support.
• Cloud Hidden ninja ambushed Minato and Shinmen in Kyoto, but Minato and Jiraiya defeated them, and Minato returned to Konoha with Shinmen, who reunited with Kushina.
• Minato advised Fugaku on the Uchiha’s financial troubles and accompanied him to the Land of Lightning, where Minato traded an electric motor to Todiwa for the tungsten-filament bulb manufacturing process.
• Minato and Fugaku escaped Cloud pursuers, and Minato helped the Uchiha produce and sell new light bulbs, giving the clan a profitable business beyond Military Police Force duties.
• Fugaku taught young Uchiha to manufacture bulbs in the Empty District, while Danzo arranged for Cloud forces to learn the workshop’s location and ordered Uchiha Ga to spy on the effort.
• Cloud ninja attacked the workshop and killed Uchiha workers, so Fugaku rallied the defenders and sent Mikoto to summon their allies.
• The Cloud captain blinded Fugaku, and Uchiha Ga took the captain’s blade while protecting him.
• Fugaku awakened his Mangekyo and used Amaterasu to engulf the Cloud captain as Minato approached the Empty District.

Minato exposed and eliminated the forces behind the attacks on the light bulb trade, learned Sage Mode on Mount Myōboku, and established a school for orphaned children. The arc left him leading a rescue mission in the Land of Grass, where more Konoha ninja remained in danger and Steam Ninja Han might be a Jinchuriki.

• Minato tracked the Cloud ninja to the Hyakuwei General Estate, uncovered General Hyakuwei’s role in the factory attack, and destroyed the Hyakuwei Road Light Bulb Factory.
• Minato thwarted further plots against the Cicada of Summer Merchant Guild, while Jiraiya investigated Ukyo Daibu’s disappearance and the fires at the Land of Lightning shops.
• Minato and Jiraiya fought Kakuzu, and Minato later traveled to Mount Myōboku to train in senjutsu with Fukasaku.
• Minato developed the Two Forms Sage Technique, entered Sage Mode, and used it to defeat Explosion Release Hunter and the Guardian Ninja who had tried to kill him.
• Minato killed Hawk Guard General and Shi Qu, then negotiated with Tung Sze to fund a Sealing Technique School and talisman factory.
• Minato established the Spring Bloom Organization at a school for orphans, naming Da Jian principal and No Aya vice principal.
