  • Diakum told An’she to become the sun of the cosmos and said he was content to be remembered as the Dawn of Dawn.

Ch. 784Wherever Flames Burn, the Will of Light Lives On

During the Lightkindling Ritual, Xe'ra gathered the faith of the People of Light and routed it through Diakum to awaken An'she's resolve to protect the stars. Diakum gathered the light and hope of allies across the battlefield and struck the eclipse chains binding An'she, leaving the Sun God blazing as the fire swept across the land.

Ch. 788An'she and All Beings: From Today On, Be a Good Sun

Diakum returned to High Heavens and explained to Kyrestia why the Shadow Chasing Swarm’s campaign would not destabilize the Forces. Meanwhile, An'she chose to abandon the Light’s authority and become a sun that watched over all beings, as Lihuvim prepared to separate His consciousness from the dark aura.

  • Diakum returned to High Heavens, where Kyrestia asked whether the Shadow Chasing Swarm’s war would weaken the Void and upset the balance of the Forces.

Ch. 791When We No Longer Grow Old

Velen told Vilara that the Eredar would lose their Eternal Life when Argus entered its cycle, and revealed how Sarkir and Kil'jaeden had worked toward reclaiming their homeland. Vilara proposed a decentralized cosmic nation and accepted diplomatic duties, then delivered Queen Azshara’s sealed magic sword to Velen, recognizing the sacrifice he intended to make.

  • Vilara told Velen that Hutton had recovered and refused to succeed him as the Eredar’s leader, arguing that Hutton could serve as a transitional guardian instead.
  • Velen warned Vilara that the Eredar’s Eternal Life would end after Argus was reclaimed, explaining that Argus’s cycle and the Eredar god of death made the change necessary.
  • Velen revealed that Sarkir and Kil'jaeden’s actions, along with the Eredar’s long division, had served a shared effort to reclaim their homeland, and Vilara inferred that Sarkir had become the racial god of death.
  • Vilara rejected Velen’s insistence on preserving centralized unity and proposed a cosmic nation, with Argus as a holy land and the other worlds where Eredar lived as additional homelands.
  • Vilara gave Velen the sealed magic sword sent by Queen Azshara and recognized that he intended to make a final sacrifice for Eredar civilization.

Ch. 792Demon Brats, Your Uncle Star Hunter Is Here to Bring You Warmth

Kil'jaeden returned to Argus injured and found his authority threatened by demon leaders who had risen after the Burning Legion's defeat. After regrouping in Mac'Aree, he learned Illidan had the Sargerite Keystone and ordered him to serve as his hunter until the war of restoration began.

  • Kil'jaeden learned that demons from the Blood War Sector had defeated the Shadow Chasing Swarm and that ambitious Greater Demons were challenging his leadership with Sargeras's apparent approval.
  • Hasabel opened a portal to Mac'Aree for Kil'jaeden and his Man'ari followers, then considered his warning that demons faced a changed era.
  • Kil'jaeden struck Prince Mal'zak for trusting Hasabel and ordered him to gather Man'ari who still obeyed, while abandoning those who chose demonhood over their Eredar identity.
  • Kil'jaeden returned to the ancient Seat of the Triumvirate, where Illidan Stormrage revealed the Sargerite Keystone.
  • Kil'jaeden recognized Diakum's plan and ordered Illidan to hunt across Argus until the war of restoration began, promising him the power to strip demons of their immortality in the material world.

Ch. 793Azeroth's Freedom: The Feeling of Being Debt-Free Is Amazing

Azeroth began rebuilding after the demon war as its leaders debated creating an undead nation in Northrend, while the Titan Keepers dismantled the Forge of Will and prepared to remove other dangerous Titan devices. Lady Eonar reconsidered her place in the Pantheon and learned which Keepers would remain on Azeroth as she arranged for them to help Queen Azshara summon the Pantheon’s projection.

  • Queen Azshara proposed that Azeroth’s dead establish an undead empire in Northrend, with Ulduar as its capital, while leaders argued over the plan.
  • The Supreme Star Soul ordered earth elementals to help rebuild, and Edwin VanCleef negotiated a long-term architect contract with the Stone Mother.
  • Mimiron directed Thorim, Hodir, and the other Keepers as they dismantled the Forge of Will for transport off Azeroth.
  • Lady Freya told Eonar that Azeroth might grant Ulduar to the undead, and Eonar reflected on whether she belonged with the Pantheon or the forces of life.
  • Eonar learned that Ra and Odin would remain on Azeroth, then instructed them to help Queen Azshara summon the Pantheon’s projection after the dismantling was complete.

Ch. 794Azeroth's Gift: The Supreme Star Soul Also Wants a Part in the Restoration War

Diakum explained how the Eredar would temporarily surrender their immortality so Argus could be purified, with the promise that Argus might grant it back after awakening. As the Origin Engine was dismantled, Eonar recognized the plan as a trial to unify the Eredar, while the Titan Pantheon’s own divisions threatened to surface.

  • Diakum descended to the Halls of Origination and explained to Norgannon why the Eredar planned to give up their immortality.
  • Eonar stopped Norgannon from exhausting himself with calculations and explained that the Eredar would treat immortality as a future reward for protecting Argus.
  • Eonar condemned the Pantheon’s past pursuit of Perfect Order and left to demand the truth from Aman'Thul.
  • Diakum told the Argus Lord that he would reclaim the Eredar’s immortality during purification and could judge whether to restore it after awakening.
  • Azeroth offered to help Argus remember the agreement and hinted that she would take part in the Restoration War.
  • As Norgannon and Golganneth dismantled the Origin Engine, Azeroth joked that Argus should call her “mother” after being purified by her power.

Ch. 795Azeroth's Blessing: The Founding Day of the Lightforged Clan

Diakum visited Aegwynn and learned that Medivh could safely transport the Origin Engine, then went to Stormwind to check on Lelan. He advised her to lead a Lightforged clan settling on Azeroth after she revealed that many nations had invited the Eredar to establish settlements.

  • Aegwynn declined to teleport the Origin Engine because its creation energy made the journey too risky, and Diakum suggested Medivh handle it.
  • Aegwynn told Diakum that Lelan faced a delicate invitation from Anduin Lothar, prompting him to travel to Stormwind.
  • Diakum joined pilgrims at Northshire Abbey, preached about the Holy Light, and then went to find Lelan at her hermitage.
  • Diakum found Lelan and Eredath together and asked when they planned to marry; Eredath promised to seek her hand after the Eredar returned to Argus.
  • Lelan explained that Lothar and several other powers had invited her to establish an Eredar settlement, and Diakum proposed that she and Eredath lead a Lightforged clan on Azeroth.

Ch. 796Mar'gok's Rise, the Ogres Are Going to Build a Star Sea Empire

The Eredar clans gathered on Draenor as they prepared for the Restoration War, while Mar'gok raised Highmaul into a floating city and sought to recruit the Mok'Nathal. The chapter ended with Leoroxx drinking Mar'gok's experimental potion, accepting the burden of leadership and the possibility that his people would return to the Ogre Empire.

  • Nineteen Eredar Star Sea Clans arrived on Draenor, and more than a hundred were expected to join the Restoration War, though the expedition's departure had not been announced.
  • A violent tremor revealed that Mar'gok had lifted Highmaul into the sky, and Jaina reported that Mok'Nathal half-orcs were guarding something inside it.
  • Vilara suspected Mar'gok was trying to free the Mok'Nathal from their bloodline shackles, and she ordered Jaina to copy Lelan's paper on their origins as punishment for her confusion.
  • Mar'gok prepared a potion intended to grant the Mok'Nathal temporary fertility and urged Leoroxx and Rexxar to join the Ogre Empire.
  • Leoroxx pushed Rexxar aside, drank the potion, and accepted responsibility for the Mok'Nathal's future, while Rexxar realized his father had entrusted him with their leadership.

Ch. 797The Helpless Sorrow of Little Hellscream as a Youth

Garrosh brooded over his relationships with Gaiara and Griselda while visiting his father’s grave, then told Yorin Deadeye what had happened. His worries became reality when Blackhand announced that his daughter was pregnant, and Matron Geyah called for Garrosh to answer for it.

  • Garrosh imagined ways to defeat Mar'gok and Diakum the Saint, then told his father’s tombstone that he would join the war on Argus and seek greater strength.
  • Garrosh agonized over his drunken night with Gaiara and Griselda, fearing that he might become a father before he was ready.
  • Yorin Deadeye found Garrosh skipping training, pressed him to explain his troubles, and learned about the two women.
  • Yorin urged Garrosh not to worry, arguing that neither woman had shown signs of pregnancy and that he need not choose between them.
  • Blackhand appeared at the edge of a rift and threatened to kill Garrosh after learning that his daughter was pregnant.
  • Matron Geyah shouted for Garrosh to return and answer for what he had done to her granddaughter.

Ch. 7986 Numb Black Pawn's Death Wish

The Mag'har elders agreed to make Garrosh Khan and test his leadership in the Eredar Restoration Expedition, while preparing Go'el to lead them later. In the Nataan Jungle, Black Pawn awoke with fewer memories and accepted that his final battle would make him a weapon of vengeance.

  • A Bleeding Hollow elder urged the clans to surrender power to younger leaders and endorsed Garrosh as the Mag'har's true leader.
  • Drek'Thar warned that Garrosh was impulsive and Lightforged, revealed that Go'el had been chosen by An'she, and proposed testing Garrosh in the coming war.
  • The elders agreed to name Garrosh Khan and establish a Mag'har Royal Court, then Matron Geyah demanded that he give Black Pawn an honorable Orc ending after the expedition.
  • Black Pawn woke in the Nataan Jungle, found that he had lost more memories, and read the names he had carved into his arm.
  • Black Pawn took up his battle axe, accepted his role in Tayara's revenge, and prepared to face his final battle.

Ch. 799Arcane Queen's Fiery Revenge

Queen Azshara began a ritual to reach the ruins of the Pantheon, using the Loa as power sources and Medivh to chart the constellations. She discovered that opening the Pantheon meant ascending into its realm, then learned a secret about Sargeras that she intended to use against him.

  • Azshara prepared Dazar'alor's throne hall for the ritual and assigned Medivh to align the celestial markers with Etraeus's guidance.
  • Azshara summoned Diakum for protection, and he sent Yrel with Ashbringer to guard the ritual.
  • Medivh placed the constellation markers while the Loa supplied energy, allowing Azshara to connect with the Pantheon and realize she was ascending rather than bringing it down.
  • Diakum severed a portion of Azshara to leave a marker in the material world and advised her to let the Titan Souls bear the Cosmic Repulsion.
  • Azshara entered the Pantheon ruins, discovered Sargeras's weakness, and declared that she would sentence him to eternal destruction.

Ch. 800Eonar's Sorrowful Vision

Azshara opened the Pantheon, sending an Arcane Chord across the cosmos that renewed the Arcane Path and restored the Titan Souls. She then confronted Eonar and Norgannon about Arcane Zereth and demanded the Titans help her punish Sargeras, leaving Norgannon to decide whether Aman'Thul or Sargeras would be imprisoned.

  • Azshara completed the ritual to open the Pantheon, and her Arcane Chord awakened mages across Azeroth and beyond, including Mar'gok.
  • Elya Blue Moon and Farodis returned to the Arcane Path, defying Death's curse and threat of being cast into The Maw.
  • Norgannon returned to the Pantheon and sat on the Dreamweaver Throne, drawing on Arcane Force to recover his strength.
  • Azshara offered the Titan Souls a route to new bodies through Arcane Zereth and argued that the Pantheon was connected to it, unsettling Eonar.
  • Azshara rejected the Titans' plan to seal Sargeras and proposed changing the Pantheon's resonance into an attack, with Diakum creating an opening.
  • Azshara offered the Titans a choice between imprisoning Aman'Thul or Sargeras, while telling Eonar to prepare a divorce agreement; Norgannon said other Titan Souls had to return before the mechanism could be activated.

Ch. 801Dark Titan's Resolve for Destruction

After Azshara asked the returned Titans to bear Cosmic Repulsion, Eonar renounced her former life and ordered the Star Saints to end the Alpha Program and help restore the civilizations it had destroyed. As Sargeras headed toward Argus, Kil'jaeden challenged him to destroy the Void stronghold in the Dim Light Cosmic Domain first, and Sargeras turned toward it.

  • Eonar decided to sever her ties with Aman'Thul, return her arcane power, and enter rebirth beneath Elune's moonlight after making Aman'Thul answer for the civilizations he had destroyed.
  • Eonar ordered the Star Saints to terminate every active Alpha Program, and she asked Laeglon to guide her future efforts to restore the ruined civilizations.
  • Norgannon and Eonar acknowledged the Pantheon's responsibility for the destruction and warned against repeating its mistakes.
  • Sargeras heard Kil'jaeden's plea as he traveled toward Argus, and Kil'jaeden urged him to attack the Void forces in the Dim Light Cosmic Domain.
  • Sargeras remembered the first Void-corrupted Star Soul he had destroyed, then drew Gorribal and changed course toward the Dim Light Cosmic Domain.

Ch. 802The Polluter's Final Dance — Bonus Chapter [15]

Kil'jaeden explained why Sargeras would be drawn to the Dim Light Cosmic Domain, giving Illidan five days to sever the Legion’s link to Argus’s Star Soul. He then prepared to lead his forces into the Antoran Wastes, while Illidan went to Krokuun and Man'ari commander Arashius was sent to seek surrender among the Eredar.

  • Kil'jaeden convinced Illidan that Sargeras would travel to the Dim Light Cosmic Domain because he could not risk facing a powerful enemy with other threats waiting in the shadows.
  • Kil'jaeden ordered Illidan to sever the demons’ connection to the Argus Star Soul within five days and asked the Illidari to accept Malchezaar’s Man'ari as penitents who would hunt demons for three thousand years.
  • Illidan departed for Krokuun, while Kil'jaeden announced that he would return to the Antoran Wastes and fight the Greater Demon Lords who sought his death.
  • Kil'jaeden ordered Arashius to find Akali and send her after the Man'ari lords who had ignored his summons, then spared Arashius because he still identified as an Eredar.
  • Kil'jaeden led his army toward Antoran, and Arashius survived to seek surrender from Grand Executor Hutton in Krokuun.

Ch. 803The Old Prophet's Final Words of Sacrifice

Eredath and the Five Greats reached Auchindoun as Velen prepared to sacrifice himself and become one of the Eredar’s Gods of Death. Velen bid farewell to his son, took up Frostmourne, and entered death, leaving Eredath to tell their people that the prophet was dead.

  • Eredath hurried to Draenor after receiving a summons from Velen, and the other four of the Five Greats met him in Shattrath City.
  • The group found Auchindoun sealed, left their artifacts outside, and entered as the dead gathered around the soul platform.
  • Maraad and Yrel tried to stop Velen from approaching Frostmourne, but Diakum restrained them and explained that Velen had chosen his path.
  • Sarkir punished Yrel with a chilling assault after she condemned the sacrifice, and Samara used the Holy Light to comfort her.
  • Velen confessed his regrets to Eredath, apologized for his failings as a father, and explained that he would protect their people as a God of Death.
  • Velen sent Eredath away to tell the Eredar that the prophet was dead, then grasped Frostmourne and stepped into death as Diakum watched.
