Luohu secretly approaches Eastern Emperor Taiyi, claiming that both of them have been manipulated. Taiyi remains cautious, carrying a jade stone containing a potent aura capable of killing a target without detection; Luohu recognizes it as a weapon prepared against the Witch Clan. 323
Luohu attempts to draw Taiyi and Di Jun into cooperation. Di Jun acknowledges that the combined pressure of the Human Race and Witch Clan could place the Heavenly Court at a disadvantage, but insists that any alliance must arise naturally rather than appear abrupt. 324 Luohu later proposes a one-time cooperation, but Di Jun and Taiyi reject it over the potential consequences. 337
War with the Asura Clan
Luohu initiates a conflict with Old Ancestor Minghe's Asura Clan, convinced that the Heavenly Court faction will support him. He dismisses negotiation, declaring that Honghuang cannot contain both the Asura Clan and the Demon Race. 363
