Surrounding the stands, the original stone plaza used for the duel had begun to sink, while the artificial rocks and hills were slowly rising. The most eye-catching feature in that area was the wooden box containing the Golden Egg.

"Winners," Grindelwald's Sonorus Charm, "the challenge is about to begin. Ten teams will enter the arena in turn, and attacks on each other and teamwork are permitted—"

"Last year, I witnessed excellent spellcasting, composed wizards, and brilliant strategies. A year has passed, children, let me see your growth once again. Let me see if the people of Newmontgard can do even better—"

"Now, let's 'welcome' the little cutie you're about to meet—"

"Little cutie?" The spectators in the stands and the winners who were about to enter the arena all looked at the center of the arena in confusion.

There were jagged rocks there, and below the wooden box was a small hill, from which a dark cave entrance could be seen in the distance.

"Little cutie? Are those people going to face Magical Creatures or high-level dolls created through alchemy?"

"Magical Creatures, I suppose. High-level dolls are too rare, especially since there are very few alchemy masters left in the world."

The students in the stands started chattering excitedly.

"That makes sense. It would be a real shame to see something that costs several hundred Galleon break—"

"What kind of Magical Creatures is that?"

"That's hard to say, but it's probably Magical Creatures rated xxxx danger by the Ministry of Magic? Magical Creatures at the xxxxx level are all too dangerous—"

"But that nest looks very big—"

"Mountain Trolls? Or Erumpent? Ha— Professor Grindelwald can't exactly bring out a Fire Dragon, can he?"

The words had barely left his mouth when a deafening dragon roar resounded throughout the entire arena!

"Roar------!"

Suddenly, the dark cave entrance became bright, and crimson flames surged out like a runaway Goblin. To everyone's astonishment, a Fire Dragon with black scales, yellow vertical pupils, and bronze barbs slowly walked out of the cave.

"Merlin's underwear... Professor Grindelwald really brought in a Fire Dragon?!"

"It's true! My God, I've seen it in a book. That's Hungarian Horntail, the worst-tempered guy among the Fire Dragon!"

The students looked at Ridgeback Dragon with a mixture of surprise and excitement.

Sean was filled with shame—the dragon roar he had just heard wasn't even his!

Grindelwald must have set up some kind of magic, because when Sean appeared, a dragon's roar automatically sounded, and even the flames were created by him—he would consume a huge amount of magic power with each Breath Attack, so who would do something like that just for a special effect!

Fire Dragon's wide field of vision allowed Sean to take in the entire stands, and his excellent eyesight allowed him to almost see the expressions on the students' faces.

How embarrassing... I was supposed to be sitting there watching the show, but now I'm on stage... The Hungarian Horntail unconsciously turned its head away.

Out of the corner of his eye, he saw the ten winning teams waiting on the sidelines. Everyone looked shocked, their lips pressed tightly together. Only the little wizard at the very back looked relaxed, with a playful smile on his face.

Sure enough, Grindelwald turned into my likeness... Sean instinctively wanted to sigh, but he was a Fire Dragon now and couldn't be so human.

"You already promised me this..." He understood ' Sean's ' silent lip movements.

Damn it, how can Fire Dragon have such good eyesight... Sean could only sigh inwardly, and then spread his wings.

"Roar!" He roared loudly at the winning teams, and several students couldn't help but take two steps back.

Sigh, you have to love what you do, and I should do my best to fulfill my promises...

On the stands, the students gasped in surprise, while Hermione and Daisy exchanged bewildered glances.

"Isn't that Sean's Animagus form?" Both of them saw the disbelief in each other's eyes.

Is there a Hungarian Horntail in the world that looks exactly like Sean's Animagus form, even in terms of size?

But isn't Sean standing at the edge of the field?

The two of them suddenly became confused.

"Look at this charming fellow," Grindelwald said from the stands, a smile on his face and a calm expression on his face. "Your task is to defeat him and then take the spoils, those Golden Egg containing gifts I have prepared for you—first come, first served."

"Enter the arena, the match begins!"

Still in shock, the participants took a deep breath, looked at their teammates with almost tragic eyes, and then quickly entered the arena.

Before the competition started, many people thought they should eliminate their competitors first, but when the boss appeared, their little schemes were instantly forgotten.

We must unite!

As the elite among the students, everyone here can be considered an excellent wizard, which is why they are even more aware of the terror of the Fire Dragon.

These creatures possess terrifying strength and keen senses. They can soar through the air and tear their prey apart with their claws. Most importantly, even the smallest of the Fire Dragon, the Welsh Green Dragon and the Australian Opaleye Dragon, possess astonishing magic resistance.

And the big guy in front of us is the Hungarian Horntail, the most temperamental of the Fire Dragon!

It also holds the record for the highest number of humans preyed upon in the wild!

The confidence and pride on the faces of the elite students had completely vanished, their gazes fixed intently on the Hungarian Horntail. Even with the professors' protection, this creature truly was a man-eater—no one was willing to risk their lives to test the professors' rescue speed.

Having flown to the highest point, Sean scratched at the wooden crate with his claws.

Ah, each Transfiguration consumes energy, and I'm getting a little hungry... What should I eat for dinner? Steak or grilled lamb leg?

"Let's cooperate." A seventh-grade boy from Newmontgard calmly extended an invitation to the others.

More than half of the ten teams were composed of seventh-year students, while the remaining multi-person teams were mostly composed of fifth and sixth-year students. Of course, Hogwarts ' only remaining student, second-year student Sean Wallerup, stood out somewhat at this moment.

Among a group of upperclassmen, he was a little shorter than the others, making him stand out from both the Hogwarts uniform and the second-year insignia.

"Wallerup— " The boy who had spoken earlier looked at ' Sean ', "My name is Rai Pena. You saw the Fire Dragon we're facing too. Do you want to join us?"

"Thank you for the invitation, but I feel like I'm just a sophomore, and I'm prepared to watch you all from the back of the block—" ' Sean ' shrugged, "I'll just pretend I don't exist."

Rai Pena glanced at him but did not press him to join.

Finally, apart from ' Sean ' who had been hiding on the very edge, the remaining nine groups formed three teams.

They split up and began to slowly advance towards the center.

Behind a rock, Pena signaled for his teammates to stop, becoming the leader of this makeshift five-person team.

"That guy doesn't seem to have a strong desire to attack?" Pena poked his head out cautiously and looked at the Hungarian Horntail that was coiled on the distant hill.

"Maybe they ate too much beforehand?" a sixth-grade student said uncertainly.

"Possibly," Pena nodded. "And that guy isn't as big as an adult Ridgeback Dragon; he's probably just a juvenile?"

"Just students like us?" a tall seventh-grade girl joked.

Pena pursed her lips noncommittally. "Professor Grindelwald took our capabilities into consideration. If it were a fully grown Hungarian Horntail, we might not even have had a chance to be carried to the Hospital Wing."

"But our goal isn't to kill him. We just need to steal those Golden Egg, like the projects that appeared in the Triwizard Cup before," one of them said.

"It's difficult," Pena shook his head. "That area is too open. The Golden Egg is at the highest point, and the Ridgeback Dragon can see all of us as soon as it takes flight—but our main objective is still to avoid a direct confrontation with the Fire Dragon. That's something only an idiot would do..."

"Are those Hardy and his friends?" a sixth-grade student who had been observing the surroundings in silence asked.

Pena looked in the direction her teammate pointed and, sure enough, saw two people sneaking towards the center.

He recognized the two as well: Mats Campbell and Hardy Knox, both seventh-graders. They were among the top students in the seventh grade, and even he himself had lost more often than he had won when he went through the Gate of Division with them.

Strong strength often implies confidence. Pena held her breath, watching the two men's movements, wondering what they were up to.

Mats Campbell and Hardy Knox stopped in the bushes near the hill.

"First come, first served—" Campbell licked his lips. He had already cast a spell on himself and his teammates, and their movements were completely silent.

Knox was a burly man with a thick beard. He surveyed the surroundings and whispered, "They're too cowardly, even though it's Fire Dragon —Matz. Follow our plan. I'll turn those rocks on the far side into dogs, then you use the Disillusionment Charm to become invisible. Once we get the Golden Egg, we'll make a run for it."

"No problem." Campbell nodded and looked back. "But those cowards are still around. If we succeed, they will definitely stop us."

"Then let's just provoke that flying giant directly. A few Eye-Blinding Charm will do. They outnumber us and are more likely to become our targets."

After discussing the details of the operation once more, Campbell whispered a spell, and his figure vanished into thin air.

Knox stood still, silently counting down the time as he waited. The two had agreed on a time: once Campbell was in position, he would use Transfiguration to distract the Ridgeback Dragon.

"Ten—Nine—Eight—Seven—"

Sean, who was crouching at the highest point, yawned with a spark of boredom. Grindelwald had already thought it through; given the surrounding environment, it was clear that he didn't want the students to have any opportunity to steal or cheat.

Sean had already spotted the three teams that were lying in wait in different locations.

The two people closest to me, one holding a wand and waiting, the other using the Disillusionment Charm, are probably close to me now.

Hmm? Sean's vertical pupils contracted slightly as he saw a small blade of grass suddenly lying flat at the foot of the mountain, and it remained there without rising.

There it is... a good spot, right in the shadows, and there's a huge rock on the far side that you can use for cover.

But I'm not a real Fire Dragon...

"Two, one!" Knox, who had been silently counting down, reached the last number. He quietly stretched out half of his body and then pointed his wand at the rocks furthest away from where he was casting the spell.

"Woof! Woof!" Four brown and black hunting dogs appeared in the field.

"Smart! Use Transfiguration to create an animal to attract the Fire Dragon's attention!" On the stands, many students who had been anxiously waiting saw this and exclaimed in admiration.

Fire Dragon have a very strong sense of territory. They only allow their reserve food to live around them, and at such close range, even insignificant small animals will be hunted down immediately.

"Woof! Woof!" The hunting dogs barked wildly at Sean.

However, something unexpected happened. As everyone expected, the irritable Hungarian Horntail should have pounced down to chase after the hunting dogs.

However, the Fire Dragon coiled high up merely raised its eyelids lazily, showing no intention of moving at all.

Aren't you the most notoriously hot-tempered guy in the Fire Dragon? Why aren't you playing by the rules!

Knox, who was hiding behind the rocks, and Campbell, who was lurking nearby, were dumbfounded.

How could they know that a wizard lived inside the terrifying Fire Dragon before them?

"Multiple Transfiguration, and the details are very accurate. This person's Transfiguration are quite impressive..." Sean exclaimed, then turned his head away from the barking hounds.

This thing is nothing like the Fire Dragon described in the book! Knox gritted his teeth and waved his wand again, turning more stones into hounds.

The dogs were jumping and leaping around at the foot of the mountain, and Knox even conjured up other animals, making the center of the area noisy all at once.

Then, the notoriously irritable Hungarian Horntail didn't even open its wings.

"What the hell..." Knox frowned, waved his wand, and the animals ran straight toward the Fire Dragon.

I refuse to believe you can tolerate being provoked to your face.

The animals ran to the highest point, roaring wildly just a few body lengths away from the Fire Dragon, and one of the hunting dogs even ran towards the Fire Dragon.

The hound ran up to Sean and opened its mouth to bite him hard.

Scratching an itch... Sean raised his eyelids slightly. How could a hunting dog bite open the scales of Fire Dragon?

The hound continued to tear at the dog, but Sean raised his paw and smashed it into a pulp.

The magic of the Transfiguration dissipated, and the meat paste turned into stones and powder.

Sean stood up and let out a deafening roar!

He spread his wings and flew straight toward the animals that were still provoking him!

"They're angry!" Knox, Campbell, and the spectators in the stands all brightened up.

The animals scattered and fled, and the Fire Dragon seemed to have its sights set on a hunting dog, chasing after it relentlessly.

When they reached the foot of the mountain, something unexpected happened.

The Fire Dragon's tail, which it used for balance, suddenly lashed out and struck a deserted spot.

Campbell, who had been hiding in place, felt his breath catch in his throat for a moment!
