Lin Fan became the master of the weakened Moon Embracing Sect and adopted Xiao Ling'er as his first personal disciple. Believing that disciples with “Protagonist Templates” could elevate the sect, he built his strategy around recruiting them and sharing their talents, skills, and combat power. 7 78

His own talent was initially ordinary, and the Moon Swallowing Spiritual Art limited his natural cultivation path to the peak of the Fifth Realm. By sharing the talents and comprehension of his disciples, however, he overcame this limitation and developed into an extraordinarily versatile cultivator. 40 107
