Human World Investigation

As Tenth Division Lieutenant, Rangiku requests Yoru Machi as her partner for the investigation into Isshin’s disappearance. The pair operate under a married-couple cover identity in Karakura Town, investigate Isshin and Masaki, and spend much of their extended stay shopping, drinking, and sightseeing. 334 340 341

Rangiku witnesses Yoru Machi’s battle against the Visoreds from safety and realizes that his power vastly exceeds that of ordinary vice-captains. She agrees to keep his strength and the conspiracy surrounding the Gotei 13 confidential. 351 352

Thousand-Year Blood War

During the Wandenreich invasion, Cangdu defeats Tōshirō and gravely injures Rangiku while wielding the stolen power of Hyōrinmaru. Yoru Machi arrives in time to save and treat both of them. 1113

Afterward, Rangiku directs the Tenth Division’s rescue efforts, locating survivors and bringing them to the Fifth Division’s defensive barrier. 1115
