Golden Lion, How Dare You Steal My Island!
"Roar!"
The behemoth is roaring.
It was a giant, striped tiger that was a head taller than the treetops. With a single sweep of its thick, long tail, it could snap a giant tree that was over a hundred years old in half.
However, this powerful monster was now roaring in panic, like a frightened kitten.
The soil and rocks on the ground snaked up like snakes, Kikko-bind. No matter how hard it struggled, it was all in vain and it could not break free from the ropes of soil.
"Hahaha! Good, very good!"
A man floated in front of the behemoth, laughing heartily, "This is far superior to the beasts I found back then!"
The man wore a gold-striped kimono, and his long, flowing golden hair cascaded down his back like a magnificent golden waterfall.
However, what is most eye-catching about him is, of course, the half-ship's wheel embedded in his head, which instantly makes his originally majestic appearance, like a lion, look comical. After all, that half-ship's wheel does look a lot like a rooster's comb.
Besides his head, another striking feature of this man was his legs.
The legs below the knees disappeared completely, replaced by two sharp one-handed swords.
This man is not an unknown figure; in fact, quite the opposite. Although he has been out of the public eye for a long time, if he were to reappear at sea one day, he would undoubtedly cause a sensation once again.
Simply because his name is Shiki, the Flying Pirate, Golden Lion Shiki!
A man who once stood shoulder to shoulder with Pirate King Roger and Whitebeard! One of the most renowned men on the high seas!
However, at this moment, the Flying Lion was jumping and leaping in front of the striped tiger like a child, "Hehehehe! Great! Doesn't this make the plan even more perfect? I wonder what kind of amazing power these guys can unleash when they combine their IQ!"
"It wasn't for nothing that I went through all that trouble to come here!"
When it comes to finding this place, Golden Lion has a lot of grievances to tell.
After accidentally watching Ian's live stream of fighting Ochoku, he fell in love at first sight with the beasts belonging to the Beasts Pirates in the live stream.
That was practically his dream beast!
So he immediately set about investigating, trying to find out where the Beasts Pirates got these wild beasts from.
However, having been away from the sea for too long, the once-powerful Flying Pirates had long since vanished, and Golden Lion had virtually no intelligence channels on the high seas.
So he came up with a clumsy method.
They went to the outskirts of Wano Country, floating in the sky and secretly observing the passing ships.
It took more than a month of effort before a cargo ship carrying wild beasts finally arrived.
What happened next was quite simple: the Golden Lion stormed the cargo ship and, through coercion and bribery, learned from Umit's men that the beasts had been transported from the Kuja Kingdom.
After confirming the information, the Golden Lion manipulated the waves to slam the entire cargo ship into the sea, perfectly disguising the scene as a shipwreck.
Then, the Golden Lion headed straight for the Kuja Kingdom.
However, he did not directly attack the country.
If you think about it for a moment, since the Beasts Pirates are making a deal with the Kuja Kingdom, then of course the origin of these beasts must be near Kuja.
And so, the Golden Lion found this place.
That's really not easy.
The thought of the month or so he spent waiting overseas in Wano Country made Golden Lion feel wronged.
When has he ever suffered like this before?
Oh, you served two years in prison? That's alright then.
After his initial elation, the guy suddenly paused, then clutched his cheeks in horror, exclaiming, "What have I been doing all these years! Haven't I just wasted so many years?"
"Damn it! I hate people who waste time the most! Who's wasting time? It's me? It's actually me!"
The man lamented, filled with self-pity.
It's like schizophrenia.
In short,
Soon, a bright smile returned to his face. He slowly lowered himself. "Any objections? If not, then this island is mine!"
Of course, no one in the dense forest could answer him; the only responses were the whistling wind and the roars of various wild beasts.
Finally, his right hand gently touched the ground.
The entire island trembled slightly.
"Hehehehe! My little darlings! Are you ready to embark on this journey?"
Boom!
The island immediately began to shake violently.
Then a thunderous explosion came from below the island, and then the massive island actually flew into the sky!
"Hahahaha! Come home with me!"
Accompanied by the Golden Lion's wild laughter, the island rose into the air and flew away in one direction.
The sea was now empty, with only the surging, towering waves continuing to crash and surge.
Above the giant waves, two enormous sea serpents carried a large ship, bobbing up and down on the sea surface.
"Eh!!"
Rose, the current emperor of the Kuja Kingdom, stared in disbelief at the sky. "Flying! It flew away??"
Am I dreaming?
You must be dreaming!
Even in a dream, this wouldn't be this outrageous!
Ruskeina Island has flown away!!
The New World.
Ports Island.
Ian sat listlessly on the railing of the Golden Flying Dragon. Before him, a man dressed in magnificent clothes and wearing a crown, dressed in typical King attire, knelt respectfully.
"Lord Ian! We are delighted to have the protection of the Beasts Pirates. In return, we will regularly pay military expenses to the Beasts Pirates every year and respond to all calls of the Beasts Pirates."
The pose was quite perfect.
It looks like an old colony.
As soon as the Golden Flying Dragon arrived, it slid over and knelt down.
This wasn't the first time such a situation had occurred; wherever the Golden Flying Dragon went, not a single person spoke of seeking revenge for Senior Ochoku.
What difference does it make who you associate with?
That's what people think.
"Um."
Ian simply nodded.
The King before him instantly beamed with joy.
The Beasts Pirates ' occupation of the island was now complete.
Ian did some mental calculations and concluded that, including this island, he had essentially taken over most of the territory under Senior Ochoku's command.
It took a lot of effort; it took more than a month of running back and forth.
It was more than two months ago that we killed Senior Ochoku.
Without lingering there, the Golden Flying Dragon sailed away after completing its occupation.
Ian did not leave any pirates to garrison the island, since there were few resources on the island, it was far from Wano Country headquarters, and there was a shortage of manpower.
Just occupy the territory in name only, as a formality, that's enough.
As long as the protection money is paid on time, there won't be any problem.
"Should we go back to Wano Country next?"
On the way back, Luo said with great interest.
"Don't ask questions you already know the answer to,"
Ian said lazily, "I'll have to stay on Hachinosu Island for a while now."
As the saying goes, if you're going to put on a show, you have to go all the way.
The government needs to be informed that the conflict between herself and Teacher Kai is not so easily resolved.
"However, if we stay on Hachinosu Island,"
Drake walked over, looking somewhat worried, and said, "We're about to face the threat of the Whitebeard Pirates head-on. While we've been constantly expanding our territory, the Moby Dick has been wandering around the border areas."
"That kind of thing doesn't matter."
Ian remained uninterested, his voice somewhat unsteady, "Whitebeard would absolutely not launch an attack."
Having learned his lesson once, Whitebeard would never want to put his beloved children in danger again.
The World's Strongest Man is bound by chains called family ties.
Oh, he might not be the World's Strongest Man anymore.
Teacher Kai has already reached the peak of Three Types of Haki, and with his Mythical Zoan abilities and innate monstrous physique, he is probably no less powerful than Whitebeard.
"Ian,"
Yamato suddenly leaned over and poked Ian's cheek. "You've seemed a bit absent-minded lately. Haven't you been sleeping well?"
"This is not a trance."
Ian took her hand and chuckled, "I'm just getting used to it."
"Adapt?"
Yamato tilted his head blankly.
Ian simply smiled, a faint red glint in his eyes. "Adjust to this new scene."
Yamato blinked.
Can't understand.
Just then.
Brub brub brub.
The Den Den Mushi suddenly rang out.
Ian picked up the Den Den Mushi and answered it.
His expression immediately changed.
Is this even possible?
"Ian! You might not believe it, but I'm starting to wonder if I'm dreaming! But I really watched Ruskeina Island fly away right before my eyes!"
Sure enough, Rose's voice came from the other end of the phone.
"It flew away?"
Luo, who was drinking water, almost choked.
What's the meaning?
What does it mean for an island to fly away?
Yamato's eyes lit up; the girl had become interested.
"Calm down, Rose."
Ian said calmly, "I understand what you mean. So, Ruskeina Island was taken away, right?"
To make an island take off directly.
In Ian's memory, there are only three people in the world who can do this.
Firstly, it's unnecessary for Teacher Kai, and secondly, Ruskeina Island is too large, and Flame Cloud isn't enough.
Second is Fujitora, whose Press-Press Fruit can also do something similar, but he doesn't need to do it.
Therefore, it can only be the last one.
"It's Golden Lion!"
The voice on the other end of the phone suddenly changed, becoming extremely urgent, "It's that old bastard Shiki! Only he could do something like this!"
It's Gloriosa.
"The Golden Lion..."
Ian also thought it was this guy, and with the personal confirmation from Gloriosa, a former comrade of the Golden Lion, he was even more certain.
This guy has his reasons.
They're just envious of their own pets.
Damn it, the Golden Lion dares to steal my island!
"What should we do, Ian? Should we chase after them?"
Rose's voice was urgent, "It's flying so fast! There's no time to catch up!"
"No need. If the enemy is the Golden Lion, chasing after him would be very dangerous."
Ian said, "Just help me remember the flight directions to the island, and I'll be there as soon as possible."
"Good!"
The other end of the phone was hung up.
Ian took a deep breath.
The friends all gathered around.
"Ian!"
Hancock was getting anxious, after all, it concerned her homeland.
"Rest assured,"
Ian reassured him, "The Golden Lion didn't linger; it left immediately."
"So, Ian!"
Yamato excitedly shook Ian's arm, his eyes sparkling, "Is the next enemy Golden Lion?"
She had heard many stories about the Rocks Pirates from Teacher Kai, so she was naturally familiar with the man named Golden Lion.
"After Ochoku comes the Golden Lion?"
Law sighed. "Are we going to wipe out the remnants of the Rocks Pirates in one fell swoop?"
"They've already come to our door to provoke us! How can we turn a blind eye!"
Jack shouted, "Brother Ian! There's nothing to hesitate about!"
hesitate?
There was no way I wouldn't hesitate.
Their opponent is none other than the Golden Lion, one of the three great pirates who were once ranked alongside Roger and Whitebeard.
At his peak, he was definitely a monster on par with the Four Emperors.
Having just been beaten up by Teacher Kai, Ian knew all too well just how terrifying a powerhouse of that level could be.
Should we have Teacher Kai go there himself?
He probably wouldn't mind facing off against his old friends from back then, would he?
However, Ian thought about it again and realized that Golden Lion probably wasn't at the level of Four Emperors at this point.
Eleven years later, this guy was beaten down by Luffy.
Although everyone says that the Luffy in the movie are on par with Pirate King Piece, he still doesn't even know how to Haki.
No matter how you look at it, the Golden Lion had already declined to an unbelievable degree by that time.
So, what level was the Golden Lion at eleven years ago?
No matter how much you overestimate them, they could never possibly possess power comparable to Teacher Kai and his group, right?
That means it's impossible for someone to be stronger than themselves, no matter what.
Ian thought.
"Let's go, to Kuja."
He said.
There's nothing to be afraid of.
Some even arrogantly said that even though Golden Lion still had the rank of one of the Four Emperors, Ian felt that he could still hold his own against him.
Do you understand the value of Teacher Kai's tutoring classes?
"Yay!!"
Yamato cheered instantly.
This time, Ian was truly going all out.
It transformed into a gigantic Golden Flying Dragon, gripping the large ship and soaring through the sky until it was exhausted and finally landed to rest.
Even when approaching the Red Line, they didn't choose to go through Fish-Man Island, but instead grabbed the ship and flew over the Red Line.
Even so, it took almost a week and a half to finally reach Amazon Lily.
I don't know how Red-Haired managed to fight Guy in the New World one day and arrive at Marineford Teacher Kai next during the Marineford War.
"Ian! You're finally here!"
King Rose was greatly excited by Ian's arrival. "Is it really the Golden Lion? That legendary pirate! He disappeared for nine years, and now he's back!"
It must be him.
Ian asked, "Which way did the island fly off in?"
Rose immediately pointed in a certain direction.
Ian turned around and looked at Violet.
The girl strained her eyes, her gaze fixed on the distant horizon.
Violet possesses the Glint-Glint Fruit, which grants her the ability to Thousand Mile Eye.
This allowed her to directly observe scenes 4,000 kilometers away.
Violet, however, shook her head. "It's not within the scope."
"It doesn't matter."
Ian said, "Just walk in this direction."
Since the Golden Lion flies, it won't take a detour; it will definitely return directly to where it is.
In other words, as long as you walk in this direction, you will definitely find him.
"Ian!"
Rose asked, "Do you need any help?"
"No need."
Ian said, "Leave it to me."
Rather than saying you'd only cause trouble, you'd be there anyway.
After only a few minutes on Amazon Lily, Ian grabbed the large ship and soared into the sky.
They quickly gave chase in the direction the Golden Lion had fled.
Fortunately, Violet's Thousand Mile Eye wasn't entirely forward-looking; it was more like a bird's-eye view.
This way, you won't stray from the correct direction.
We flew for another two days, reaching the first half of the Paradise.
"I saw it!!"
Violet, "I see an island floating in the sky!"
