• Shen Jin led the captains and other specialists northwest, where they found a vast zombie horde covering Strong Martial County.

Shen Jin and his team fought two Y2 Zombies, killing both before a massive scaled hand erupted beneath them and destroyed the building, forcing Shang Qian to teleport them away. At the S City command center, Zhang Qiang sent Ye Fan to plant mines and lure a Zombie Horde toward them.

• Lu Daizhen detected two Y2 Zombies and sixty Y1 Zombies, while Mi Xiaoli cursed the airborne attackers and the team prepared to fight.
• Tong Zhen, Miao Shubai, Li Zhe, Meng San, and the others restrained and killed one Y2 Zombie, but its headless body counterattacked and injured Li Zhe and four deputy captains.

Shen Jin and his allies fought the Y1 aerial zombies while the Zombie Horde recovered from their explosive attack. As M1 Agile Zombies began climbing the building, Shen Jin raised Lu Daizhen and Mi Xiaoli above the battlefield and prepared to hold the attackers back with giant ice swords.

• Shen Jin’s group used 80 Energy Crystal Core Bombs to devastate the Zombie Horde’s vanguard, kill thousands of zombies, and sever two tentacles from the Breeder Variant Zombie.
• Shen Jin bought 640 more Energy Crystal Core Bombs as Yang Ao and the others charged the two approaching Y1 Zombies.

• Yang Ao finished off Y1 Zombies and collected an energy crystal core while Shen Jin’s group prepared to retreat.

Shen Jin inspected the defenses at Celestial River Mountain, where Wu Yong had built powerful mechanical crossbows to help trap the approaching zombie horde. Elsewhere, Heavenly Net and Ye Fan prepared separate ambushes, while Sun Can struggled through B City on a mission to destroy a zombie nest.

As the horde reached the walls, the Superhumans began their attack with flaming shortbows, and the battle against the four zombie hordes was about to begin.

• Shen Jin planned to bury Industrial TNT near the walls, but Yang Ao persuaded him to extend the bombs ten kilometers along the road to catch the horde's main force.
• Tong Zhen pointed out that agile zombies could scale the mountainside, so Shen Jin arranged for trenches and additional bombs there to blast them down and potentially trigger a landslide.
