As he looked at the dozen or so drone Jaegers surrounding the Breach, that feeling grew even stronger. Yet for the moment, he could not figure out what they were trying to do.
By now, the Breach had fully opened and stabilized. Sustained by the energy of crustal activity, it had become a permanent Breach.
Thus, although all the other Kaiju and Obsidian Fury Jaegers had been destroyed, Kaiju continued to crawl out of the Breach. But whether they were Category 4 Kaiju or Category 5 Kaiju, facing the siege of over a dozen drone Jaegers was no different from walking into certain death.
