A Surprise for Howard!

Sharon, Pepper, and the others had suddenly gone from ordinary people to rookie Super Heroes with formidable strength, so naturally every one of them was brimming with excitement. Even veteran Super Heroes like Steve and Carter were equally thrilled.

Their original abilities had merely been superior physical conditioning—strength, speed, and reflexes somewhat greater than those of ordinary people. But the newly acquired regenerative ability, especially telekinesis, was an entirely different concept. Mutants did not exist in this world, and before this, no one had possessed such a mysterious ability!

Every country had researched the Super Soldier Project, with varying results and differing levels of effectiveness, but all of it focused on improving physical abilities. Steve and Carter, founding members of S.H.I.E.L.D., as well as Natasha Romanoff, a top-level agent, had encountered enhanced super soldiers during the many secret missions they had taken part in. Yet they had never seen anyone capable of moving objects with their mind, let alone flying through the air with their physical body.

To them, it was more like magic!

After dinner, Tony Stark did not, as Chen Mo had expected, head back to his room with Pepper, now that they had finally crossed that line, to do things Sharon should not see. Instead, he sidled up beside Chen Mo.

"Dad, now that all my problems have been solved, and I'm even stronger than before, shouldn't we go take a look at S.H.I.E.L.D.?"

Chen Mo glanced at Tony Stark. Clearly, the guy wanted to see Howard—and his mother, Maria!

Seeing the earnestness in Tony's eyes, Chen Mo did not refuse. It was time for the father and son to meet. He just did not know what Howard's reaction would be when he saw Tony. Chen Mo was very much looking forward to it!
