| Affiliation | Clear Sky Sect; ally of Shrek Academy |
| Occupation/Role | Titled Douluo; Tang San's father and mentor |
| Status | Deceased; his soul was imprisoned by Lin Xiao 384 387 |
Background / History
Tang Hao possessed the Clear Sky Hammer and became a renowned Titled Douluo, achieving that realm at age forty-four. His reputation and combat ability made him Bibi Dong's long-standing benchmark; she later concluded that, despite reaching Titled Douluo earlier and possessing twin Martial Souls, she was inferior to him in momentum and power 184.
He kept a Hundred Thousand Year Soul Bone for Tang San and expected Tang San's Twin Martial Souls and Innate Full Soul Power to eventually surpass threats such as Lin Xiao 164. Tang Hao also managed the Blue Silver Emperor's circumstances so that no new sovereign was born during that period 164.
After Ah Yin's death, Tang Hao developed enduring hatred toward Spirit Hall, particularly Chrysanthemum Douluo and Ghost Douluo, whom he held responsible 184. His later actions increasingly centered on revenge and on turning Tang San into the instrument of that revenge 285 286 289.
Appearance
When cornered by Spirit Hall in the northwest of the Heaven Dou Empire, Tang Hao appeared as a burly, unkempt man whose long, disheveled hair obscured his eyes. Bibi Dong mockingly compared his condition to that of a beggar 184.
- Burly build 184
- Long, disheveled hair 184
- Later lost both arms and suffered further severe injuries 285 286
- Was eventually suspended by crimson vines with his crippled arms exposed 309
Personality
Tang Hao was proud, fearless, and intensely defiant under pressure. Surrounded by five Titled Douluo and the Sun Knights, he refused Bibi Dong's demand to surrender his Hundred Thousand Year Soul Bone, instead telling her to take it herself 184.
His protectiveness toward Tang San and Shrek Academy was genuine, but it became inseparable from obsessive vengeance. He left Heaven Dou City to draw Spirit Hall's attention away from Tang San and was willing to abandon Ma Hongjun elsewhere to prevent the Fallen One from endangering others 180. Later, after losing his arms, Tang Hao accepted Tang San regardless of the soul occupying his body, provided that “Tang San” could help him take revenge 285.
Abilities & Skills
Clear Sky Hammer
Tang Hao wielded the Clear Sky Hammer, a Weapon Martial Soul known for overwhelming destructive force.

Story Role / Major Arcs
Rescue of Ma Hongjun
Tang Hao secretly joined Yu Xiaogang's plan to extract Ma Hongjun from the Crown Prince Residence 165. The operation went wrong when Spear Douluo detected him and sealed the exit with a profound-iron gate. Tang Hao broke through using the Clear Sky Hammer, risking exposure of his identity 166.
He subsequently left Heaven Dou City with Ma Hongjun, intending to lure Spirit Hall away from Tang San 180.
Spirit Hall Pursuit
Spirit Hall mobilized Bibi Dong, five Titled Douluo, and the Sun Knights to pursue Tang Hao, seize his Hundred Thousand Year Soul Bone, and pressure the Clear Sky Sect 180. In the northwest, he resisted their siege for half an hour despite accumulated injuries, ultimately using Clear Sky True Body in a massive counterattack 184.
Tang Hao later appeared at the Soul Master Competition and launched a Clear Sky True Body strike against the Pope's Palace, forcing Bibi Dong's group to defend it 274.
Crippling and Revenge Plans
After an encounter with Spirit Hall, Tang Hao lost both arms and suffered debilitating injuries. Rather than abandon revenge, he resolved to train Tang San, awaken his Blue Silver Emperor Bloodline, and send him to Slaughter City 285 286.
Tang Hao knew that Tang San's body had been taken over and that Tang San possessed hidden techniques, poisons, and weapons. He chose to conceal these facts as long as Tang San could serve his revenge against Spirit Hall 285 286.
Defeat and Soul Imprisonment
Tang Hao was eventually defeated and brought, unconscious and severely weakened, to the Blue Silver Grass Clan Grounds. Lin Xiao entered his Sea of Consciousness, suppressed his weak soul, and interrogated him about Tang San and Ma Hongjun 309.
Lin Xiao later used Tang Hao, a former Titled Douluo, to fulfill the Asura God's Fourth Trial. With Ah Yin's cooperation, Lin Xiao captured Tang Hao's soul using Black Sun Purifying Fire, imprisoning it and completing the trial 387.
Trivia
- Tang Hao initially decided against confronting Lin Xiao after learning of Lin Xiao's backing and potential, trusting that Tang San would surpass him in the future 164.
- He considered the Hundred Thousand Year Soul Bone part of Tang San's future inheritance 164.
- His injuries and loss of both arms did not stop him from continuing Tang San's hammer training 286.
