Zhu Rong grew up in Holy Soul Village and became entangled in a sustained rivalry with Tang San. Tang San identifies the two as blood relatives, though he conceals that fact when discussing Zhu Rong with Yu Xiaogang. Zhu Rong repeatedly seeks Tang San out for “sparring,” including visits to Tang San’s home. 29 53

He enrolled at Nuoding Junior Soul Master Academy as a Work-Study Student to honor a promise to Old Jack, despite possessing Innate Full Soul Power, a powerful mutated sword Martial Soul, and substantial wealth.
