Background / History

Qin Su was one of two silent members listed in the Chat Group before its later expansion. Rather than lurking, she had been asleep; the Group’s upgrade scheduled her awakening after forty-five days 87.

Before Chu Lu became Group Owner, Qin Su lost her physical body while fleeing Zhang Lan. The escape cost her most of the Chat Group’s permissions, leaving the Group severely damaged and forcing it to use an emergency system of unlocking functions through upgrades 123.

While in hiding, Qin Su searched for a replacement Group Owner who would oppose Zhang Lan’s methods. She sought someone male, hostile toward Female Fiction, and strongly shaped by Male Fiction conventions; Chu Lu ultimately became the Group Owner 123.

Upon awakening, Qin Su revealed that Zhang Lan had used stolen Chat Group functions to alter Female Fiction worlds, invade Male Fiction worlds, and distribute replicas of the World-Crossing Talisman and Chat Group Halo to her operatives 123 124. She and Chu Lu began repairing the Group by recovering fragments and correcting invaded worlds.

She carries remorse over her earlier failure against Zhang Lan and treats repairing the Chat Group as a personal responsibility. This resolve can become desperation: when Fei Wu overwhelms Chu Lu, Qin Su is prepared to self-destruct the Chat Group rather than let it fall into Zhang Lan’s hands 123 384.
