Background / History

Zi Yan transmigrated into an abusive-romance setting as an abandoned concubine confined in the cold palace. She escaped by conjuring a saber, killing the Emperor, and being enthroned in his place. Her story then saw her establish a matriarchal dynasty and suppress surrounding nations before confronting a female supporting character who attempted to seize power. 213

At the conclusion of that storyline, Zi Yan defeated the rebel leader, had her legs broken, and ordered her cast out to beg. The completion of the battle brought her world’s Female Fiction Conversion Progress to 100%. 214
