Tang Yuehua's Haggard Face

Xiao Yun paused slightly, then walked over and opened the door—

Tang Yuehua.

She stood outside, dressed in a plain long dress. Her face was pale, her eyes rimmed red. She had clearly been crying.

"Yuehua, come in." He stepped aside.

Tang Yuehua hesitated for a moment before entering the apartment.

At a glance, she saw Liu Erlong by the dining table, along with the girls. She paused slightly, then forced a smile and nodded to everyone.

"Sorry for disturbing you. Congratulations on winning the championship."

Liu Erlong rose and went over, taking Tang Yuehua's hand. "Yuehua, sit down and eat first. Whatever it is, we can talk after dinner."

Tang Yuehua's eyes stung, and she nearly burst into tears. She knew Liu Erlong was being considerate, not wanting her to discuss such painful matters on an empty stomach.

Xiao Yun had no idea how the two of them had become so close while he was away, and it was not a good time to ask.

She nodded and let Liu Erlong lead her to a seat at the table.

Xiao Yun set out a bowl and chopsticks for her, then ladled her a bowl of soup and gently placed it before her. "Have some soup first. It'll warm your stomach."
