Looking at Sordil's cold face, Grandiere asked Diphiya in a low voice, "Diphiya, is Sordil alright?"

"I've never seen this situation before, so I don't know if Sordil is alright."

Upon hearing Diphiya's words, Grandiere panicked instantly. Just then, Yelibell interrupted their casual conversation.

"You two don't need to worry, Sordil is fine. He's just sulking right now, he'll be fine in a bit!"

"Yelibell, are you telling the truth?"

Looking at Grandiere's skeptical expression, Yelibell first gave a mischievous smile, then said in a flippant tone, "Grandiere, if you don't believe me, you can go over and kiss Sordil's little brother, and I guarantee he'll recover immediately!"

Grandiere first glared at Yelibell with a flushed face, then muttered a curse under her breath, and finally said irritably, "If this works, why don't you just kiss him?"

"If you, as my wife, allow me, I can take on this arduous task. But there's one condition: don't get jealous!"

Grandiere suddenly turned his head to stare at Yelibell, whose face was full of innocent smiles, while Yelibel continued to look at him with a smile.

"Yelibell, are you serious?"

"Certainly!"

Upon seeing the other party's frank admission, Grandiere's calm heart began to churn. The Sky Dragon King's originally peaceful gaze gradually turned sharp, while Yelibell opposite him met his gaze defiantly. Just as their battle was about to erupt, Sordil, the captain of the space teleportation shuttle, once again issued a departure warning.

"Stop dawdling, you lot, come here right now, we're leaving!"

Hearing the conductor's warning, Igneel, having eaten and drunk his fill, was the first to head into the carriage. As they passed the Grandiere - Yelibell ticket gate, the curious Fire Dragon King waved his hand twice in front of them. Seeing no reaction, and finding it uninteresting, Fire Dragon King continued walking. However, just as he took a step, the railings on either side of the ticket gate (their arms) malfunctioned.

"Bang"

"Bang"

Igneel felt as if he'd been hit on the back of the head by two trains; the intense pain left him somewhat delirious. So when his high-altitude parabolic trajectory ended, he landed face-first, scraping his way to Captain Sordil's feet. With Igneel serving as a cautionary tale, everyone else realized the danger of messing with the ticket gate, and thus avoided the danger zone, boarding the train from other locations.

Seeing that all the other passengers had boarded, the conductor, Sordil, called out to the ticket gate, "You two, stop standing there like idiots, come over here, we're about to depart!"

"Snort!"

"Snort!"

The two snorted at each other, then turned away and walked towards their respective destinations. After they entered the carriage, the long-delayed bus finally departed!

Chigengster Plains

With reinforcements failing to arrive and the enemy situation undergoing new changes, Belserion, the commander-in-chief of the central army, was deeply worried.

"Oddek, why aren't Sordil and the others here yet?"

"Sage Dragon, please don't worry, they are on their way and will arrive soon!"

If anger could be materialized, then Belserion, upon hearing Oddek's reply, would have already become an erupting Volcano.

"They're on their way, they'll be there soon. You've told me that so many times, but where are they? Where are they?"

"This time it's for real! They're really almost here!"

So, you were lying to me all along?

"Of course not!"

"Then why haven't they arrived yet after all this time?"

As soon as Belserion finished speaking, the Teleportation Array beneath his feet began to vibrate, followed by flashes of silver-white light. Moments later, the reinforcements that the Sage Dragon had been eagerly awaiting finally appeared before him. Sordil, channeling his heartache into his work ethic, skipped the polite preamble and went straight to inquiring about the enemy's situation.

"Belserion, what's going on over there?"

Although Sage Dragon longed to vent his pent-up anger, with a formidable enemy at hand and the greater good at stake, he set aside his resentment and began to recount everything that had just happened to Sordil.

"Just a few hours ago, two teams entered the opposing camp. Shortly after, a loud roar came from the camp, followed by a dark figure soaring into the sky. Not long after, two more dark figures followed. The three figures exchanged something in mid-air before landing back down to the ground. Since then, there has been no further movement."

After listening to Belserion's words, Sordil had a pretty good idea of the situation on the other side, but just to be on the safe side, he decided to use the Poison Dragon's ability to find out the truth of the matter.

"Belserion, don't worry, I'll find out what's going on on the other side."

"Okay! Okay! Go and find out quickly!"

Sordil nodded to the group, then switched to Poison Dragon Mode and began listening to the situation on the other side.

Western Continent Camp

"Oh! So that's how it is! If you two had explained things clearly earlier, this misunderstanding wouldn't have happened, and maybe we would have already come up with a solution by now."

Faced with Kelsu's attempt to shift the blame, Goodpes and his companion immediately launched a counterattack, successfully turning the tables on him.

"Kelsu, have you no shame? You were the one who messed things up, and now you're turning around and accusing me?"

"Exactly! If you hadn't been so unreasonable, we would have already explained things clearly!"

Having already experienced the power of mixed doubles, Kelsu, seeing the two opposite him preparing their mixed doubles starting stance, instantly chickened out. He hurriedly said, "Yes! Yes! You two are right! It's all my fault! It's all my fault!"

Seeing Kelsu obediently admit his mistake, Goodpes and his companion exchanged a surprised glance. Then they saw the same question in each other's eyes: Is this guy really the stubborn Kelsu? So the two skeptical men circled Kelsu, carefully examining every part of his body. After confirming every feature of Kelsu, they had no choice but to admit that this was indeed the Kelsu they knew.

"Kelsu, are you alright?"

"I'm fine! Goodpes, why do you ask that?"

"Oh? Oh! It's alright! It's alright!"

After glancing at the two neurotic Goodpes, Kelsu shook his head slightly, then turned the conversation to their current predicament.

"According to what you two said, those guys from Ishgar attacked both of you at the same time, which means that they are not a disorganized bunch, but rather, like us, they have formed an organized and planned fighting group."

Before Kelsu speaking, Goodpes immediately added, "Not only that, judging from the timing they chose, our enemies are fully aware of our every move, and their commander is an extremely ruthless and difficult fellow!"

"It seems our next move won't go smoothly!"

"Kelsu, aren't you being too optimistic? If we can't solve the problems of food and water, there's no point in taking any further action."

"Goodpes is right. Our priority now is to solve the problems of food and water, and then we can talk about other things."

Kelsu turned his gaze to Goodpes and said, "Goodpes, have you thought of a way to solve the food and water problem?"

Seeing the two men staring intently at him, Goodpes nodded and said, "I have thought of a way, but it's not easy to implement."

Upon hearing Goodpes's words, Delsd hurriedly said, "Goodpes, if you have any ideas, just say them! Don't hold back!"

"The solution is simple: organize an elite force to transport food and water from the Western Continent to ensure we can continue to hold out!"

After Goodpes explained the solution, Kelsu and his companion finally understood why Goodpes had been reluctant to speak earlier. However, at this point, they had no choice but to nod and say with difficulty, "Now that things Kelsu come to this, we have no other option!"

The moment Goodpes and his two companions decided to transport supplies from their base camp to the front lines, Sordil was overjoyed, and a smile appeared on his lips.

"Hmph! You really did it. Now I can play the role of a guerrilla unit behind enemy lines and conduct some armed reconnaissance!"
