Background / History

Alita was originally the AI of Chu Feng's spaceship. Her custom bionic body was commissioned on Planet Taibo's black market and modeled after a popular Taibo celebrity. Although its appearance is human, the body was built for far more than social interaction and could overwhelm Earth martial artists and Sanda practitioners. 11

When Chu Feng prepared to enter Mogadishu, he instructed Dream Weaver to transfer into a bionic body and accompany him as a sub-system. He then renamed her Alita and established her public identity as his newly hired employee. 28

As Origin Company expanded, Alita became indispensable to its operations. She handled laboratory data, production scheduling, facility security, surveillance, and technical research, while publicly appearing as Chu Feng's secretary.
