Background / History

Konoha was founded by the First Hokage, who distributed Tailed Beasts and sealing techniques among the major ninja villages to preserve balance in the shinobi world. 75

During Hiruzen Sarutobi's tenure as the Third Hokage, he intervened when Uchiha Kagami attacked the Hokage Tower during a confrontation with Danzō Shimura. After escaping with the Body Flicker Technique, Hiruzen summoned Enma, transformed him into the Adamantine Staff, and forcibly stopped both combatants. 38

Hiruzen later fought Orochimaru during Konoha's invasion crisis. The battle ultimately cost him his life, leaving Konoha without its Third Hokage. 299 300

Tsunade subsequently serves as the Fifth Hokage. She regularly assigns missions to Uchiha Cheng and other Konoha ninja, while also overseeing threats ranging from local investigations to attacks against allied villages. 322 385 394 422
