New Year's Joy Elevated (Third Update)

In the second New Year's Day event, no matter how hard the players chosen as "mortals" tried, they were still no match for the outrageous antics of certain silly players.

Because these silly players had never intended to win. They were only here to have fun for the sake of having fun.

That was also why most players wanted to be chosen as "gods."

Messing with others was fun. Being messed with was miserable.

This event lasted three hours. When the final statistics came out, Lu Wu was surprised to find that there were an astonishing number of draws, accounting for a full quarter of all matches.

This showed just how destructive those silly players had been during the event.

But even after the event ended, the furious "mortal" players were still cursing on the forums, claiming that the players chosen as "gods" were utterly shameless... though those players might have wanted to be "gods" themselves.

It was already seven in the evening, and only five hours remained until the event officially ended.

The second New Year's Day event officially concluded, followed by a game notification:

Game Notification: New Year's Day Event Three, "Abyss Great Adventure," has officially begun. Players, please register through the Activity Panel!

Upon hearing the game notification, the players immediately stopped arguing on the forums. After logging out of the forum, they registered through the Activity Panel.

Once registration ended, Lu Wu activated the divine artifact and transported all players into the Abyss World.

For this event, Lu Wu had refused to allow the Surprise Clan to participate.

After all, the Abyss World was the Surprise Clan's home turf, and surviving there was far too easy for them.

The theme of this event was "survival."

Once the event officially began, Lu Wu centered
