Wei Lanshan filled out Hong Xixiu's information more completely, leaving no trace of anything suspicious. Hong Xixiu became Jiujiu's true identity.

Using her authority, Wei Lanshan entered the Central Brain and registered Jiujiu's Genetic Information. Unexpectedly, this ID seemed as though it had been tailor-made for Jiujiu.

Wei Lanshan extended hers as well and clasped it. "Mountains and rivers will meet again; there are homes in the sea of stars. Until we meet again."

After bidding Suo Feihua farewell, Wei Lanshan took Jiujiu—now named and identified as Hong Xixiu—away from Muye Star and boarded the Star Shuttle for the transfer star system.

Ten Alliance days later, after transferring three times, Wei Lanshan and Xixiu finally arrived at the Spaceport on Ningkui, the main planet of the Ningkui Star System.

Wei Lanshan had brought Xixiu to Ningkui, the main planet of the Ningkui Star System, because there was an Orphanage here.

More importantly, Xixiu could receive the best care here, and she would spend her childhood and adolescence in this place.

After learning their destination, Xixiu did not ask why it was Ningkui Star. This should have been the safest place Wei Lanshan had arrived at after much deliberation.

After completing their studies, the Alliance's Central Brain would arrange jobs for them. One-third of the total cost of raising them would then be deducted from their wages and repaid to the Alliance. By calculation, they could generally clear this childcare debt after about two years of work.

Wei Lanshan had bought Xixiu a terminal back on Muye Star, taught her how to use it, and stored a great deal of knowledge in it for her.

While aboard the Star Shuttle, Wei Lanshan explained Xixiu's background to her and told her to always remember her current name.

"Xixiu, you must remember this: your name is Hong Xixiu. You were born in the Mingzhao Star System. Because you suffered a serious illness, you do not remember anything about your parents. Whether you were abandoned or not is entirely unknown. Remember, the more you say, the more mistakes you make. The less you say, the fewer mistakes you make."

Xixiu solemnly nodded her little head. "Don't worry, Aunt Lan. I remember everything you said."

Wei Lanshan felt reluctant to part with her. She had personally cultivated Xixiu and watched her grow up. Though she had repeatedly told herself not to pay too much attention to this little baby, she was simply too interesting.

She had never been a mother, yet before she realized it, her gaze had settled upon Xixiu.
