Background

Lu Chen was originally a man from the 21st century. He abruptly awakened in the body of A'Chen, a barbarian youth from a wilderness tribe threatened by Evil Souls. The tribe initially suspected that A'Chen had become an evil entity; Lu Chen survived by using A'Chen's memories and manipulating Da Zhuang into summoning the witch doctor rather than killing him 1 4.

His early survival depended on medicinal soup, meat, and the recovery granted by his constitution. He quickly recognized that constitution governed far more than defense: it improved endurance, environmental resistance, healing, stamina recovery, and digestion.
