Background / History

Tsunade travels with her disciple Shizune and is initially stranded without money in Guishan Town. When Zhou Qi insults the Nation of Fire and propositions her, she strikes him hard enough to break his ribs and knock him unconscious. Despite her anger, she personally repairs his internal injuries, revealing both exceptional medical skill and a compassionate conscience. The sight of his blood also leaves her distressed due to her hemophobia. 318 319
