• Dragons generally hold an aerial advantage. The Blue Dragon that hunts Zhou Leng stays above him to evade a counterattack, while Storm Dragons combine sustained flight with lightning 282 534.

Abilities

Dragon Breath and Spells

• Dragon breath varies by individual: a Blue Dragon exhales a blue-and-red burning column, while Deep Dark Fury’s two heads breathe demonic dragon fire together 282 294.
• Dragons can combine physical combat with spellcasting. A Black Dragon casts spells while fighting Shanhe Yuan, and Gray Steel Wind uses spells to gain an edge in his contests with Myriad Mountain Armor 207 302.
• Dragon formations can magnify their attacks: fifteen Demigod Dragons combine their breath into the Star Cluster Dragon Gathering Cannon 800.

Dragon Might and Bloodline

• Deep Dark Fury’s Dragon Might Impact briefly disorients leaping serpents, causing them to fall before reaching him 294.
• Dragon bloodline resources can strengthen other bodies. Refined Dragon Blood helps Zhou Leng withstand dragon-breath tempering, while the Dragon-Transformation Egg Ritual develops his High Dragon Blood Extraordinary Body without fully turning him into a Dragon 483 742.
• Slain Dragons can mark their killers through an innate power. The mark grows stronger as more Dragons are killed; Dragons themselves may gradually absorb it 473.

Society and Customs

• Dragon World’s leadership includes a Dragon King Speaker and Dragon Head Speakers. After being assigned a Grand Star Dragon bloodline, Zhou Leng becomes that clan’s chief and gains a seat in Dragon Mountain deliberations 612 746.
• Dragons prize strength and can be fiercely independent. Gray Steel Wind calls for solidarity abroad while acknowledging internal fighting; later, some Dragons resist the Dragon Council’s order to surrender their Blood Moons to Zhou Leng 302 746.
• Their banquets end in drinking feasts where using supernatural power to resist drunkenness is forbidden. At Zhou Leng’s welcome feast, Dragons continue drinking until nearly all of them collapse 738.
• Dragon rites include eating one’s eggshell after birth and, for Demigod Dragons, a Dragon-Transformation Egg Ritual intended to reconstruct a higher dragon bloodline 739 740.

Major Events

• Youth Battlefield: Dragons join Deep Dark Fury’s coalition at Strange Snake Mountain. Gray Steel Wind later urges Dragons in the camp to remain united while they are away from Dragon World 290 294 302.
• True King Trial: Ten Realms Dragons encounter the stronger Alien Star Dragons. Zhou Leng’s approach to the Dragon God Mural eventually opens its mountain gate, changing how both groups treat him 649.
• Zhou Leng’s dragon rites: Dragon leaders try to assimilate Zhou Leng through a series of rituals. He absorbs their bloodline power but retains his human identity, leaving them disappointed despite his stronger constitution 739 741 742.
• Ten Emperors Battle: The Dragon Council backs Zhou Leng as its New Emperor. Most contenders surrender their Blood Moons; after he kills Azure-Black Skull with one punch, the rest decline to challenge him 746 747.
• Dragon God’s son: Concerned about Zhou Leng’s ties to the Giants, Dragon leaders give him a rare Blood Dragon Fruit and later invest him as the Dragon God’s son, presenting him with the Dragon God Armament 810 811 812.
