History
A confronted five Pains after they entered Kumogakure. Surrounded by village ninja, Deva Path Pain demanded the location of the Eight-Tails Jinchūriki. A was left shaken by the encounter, later recalling that he had been overwhelmed from beginning to end 338 339 346.
At the Five Kage Summit, A impatiently called for proceedings to begin before the Hokage arrived. He later clashed with Senga and was defeated in a Taijutsu exchange. During a subsequent confrontation, Senga used his Rinnegan to “remove” A’s heart before the assembled Kage 340 341 357.
After returning to Kumogakure, A resigned as Raikage despite Darui’s attempts to dissuade him. Darui became his successor, while A considered spending more time with Killer B 362.
Jigen later incapacitated A and Killer B with two powerful kicks. A pleaded for B’s life, offering his own in exchange. After Obito pulled a Black Rod from A’s shoulder, A rushed to B and held him when he heard him speak 363 364.
Personality
