Background / History

Tang San travels from Holy Soul Village to Nuoding Junior Soul Master Academy alongside Tang Lin and Old Jack. His certificate reveals Innate Full Soul Power despite his Blue Silver Grass Martial Soul, drawing Yu Xiaogang’s immediate interest. Tang Lin initially rejects Yu Xiaogang’s attempt to take him as a disciple on his behalf. 2 4 5

At Nuoding, Tang Lin pushes him to seize the position of Seventh Dorm Leader. He uses Ghost Shadow Perplexing Track to overwhelm Wang Sheng, then defeats Xiao Wu through a surprise leg lock after she initially throws him around the dormitory. He solidifies his authority by protecting work-study students from wealthier students’ bullying. After eventually accepting Yu Xiaogang as his teacher, he reveals his second Martial Soul—the Clear Sky Hammer—and leaves with Yu to acquire his first soul ring. 6 7
