Chen An exposed the Tang Sect’s scheme to lure the Abyss forces and kill him, then killed Cang Xin and clashed with Cao Dezhi and Yun Ming. With human factions and Abyss Creatures all targeting him, Chen An moved the fight away from the Blood God Legion’s defense line.

• Chen An and Gu Yue Na entered the Abyss Channel, where Chen An recovered two weapons and escaped the Black Emperor’s grasp as the Blood God Legion fought off an Abyss assault.
• The Black Empress and three Abyss Emperors attacked to reclaim the weapons, while Cang Xin and Cao Dezhi let the Abyss forces pass in hopes of creating a chance to kill Chen An.
• Di Tian protected Chen An and Gu Yue Na, and Chen An trapped Cang Xin inside the Eternal Divine Fire Clock, beat him with Undead Puppets, stole his memories, and killed him.
• Chen An presented the Black Empress’s weapon as evidence that the Tang Sect had recently buried it in the Abyss Channel to lure the Abyss forces and ambush him, and Cao Dezhi admitted the Tang Sect’s plan.
• As the Abyss attack continued, Chen An and Zhang Huanyun confronted Cao Dezhi, but Chen An’s forces moved to kill him and Yun Ming arrived to fight Chen An after learning of Cang Xin’s death.
• Gu Yue Na sent the weapon into Dragon Valley Space, where Bi Ji, Zi Ji, Bear Monarch, Ten Thousand Demon King, Scarlet King, and Demon Spirit emerged in human form.
• Yun Ming ordered Shrek Academy to attack Chen An, Tang Zhan brought in the Clear Sky Sect, and the Black Empress also searched for him after losing her weapon.
• Zhang Huanyun promised the Blood God Legion would shield Chen An from the Abyss Creatures, and Chen An rode away with Gu Yue Na as his allies followed.

Chen An and his allies defeated the Clear Sky Sect elders and Tang Zhan, then killed Cao Dezhi as the wider battle forced Yun Ming’s group to retreat. The surviving Shrek fighters sacrificed themselves to cover that retreat while Chen An gathered the dead and tended to his wounded allies.

• Chen An and Gu Yue Na helped the Fire Dragon King defeat the Clear Sky Sect elders, killing the Eleventh Elder, the Tenth Elder, and the First Elder before the remaining fighters fell.
• Tang Zhan activated Ring Detonation, but the Mountain Dragon King and Fire Dragon King stalled him until his body gave out and he died.
• Chen An transformed through several forms to fight Cao Dezhi, endured his final sword strike behind successive Soul Tool barriers, then killed him after his Martial Soul Source ran out.
• Chen An found the Mountain Dragon King and Fire Dragon King gravely injured, while a surviving Clear Sky Sect Super Douluo fled and Yun Ming’s forces began withdrawing.
• Chen An ordered Scarlet King to attack a War God Hall expert who claimed he had come to mediate, and Scarlet King caught and battered him.
• Director Sun and another Sun Moon Royal Academy director died from their wounds as Chen An promised to protect their descendants and gathered the fallen for burial.
• Cai Yue'er persuaded Yun Ming and the others not to turn back, while Zhuo Shi, Feng Wuyu, and Guangming stayed behind to fight Di Tian’s group with their Martial Soul Sources burning.
• Bear Monarch tore Guangming apart, and Di Tian killed Feng Wuyu after his power ran out, leaving Zhuo Shi to face the pursuers alone.

After the Abyss assault, Chen An returned to Mingdu and joined an emergency Federation council meeting where Xu Lang pushed to punish the Tang Sect and Shrek Academy. The council split over their responsibility, but Chen An and the Spirit Pagoda helped build support for taking action against the old powers.

• Di Tian admitted killing Wu Zhangkong and killed Zhuo Shi, then withdrew with his allies after his Soul Power was nearly depleted while Chen An and Gu Yue Na recovered in Dragon Valley Space.
• Chen An returned to the Abyss Battlefield with Gu Yue Na and his recovered allies, where the Black Empress retreated into the Abyss Plane and the Blood God Legion counted its dead and wounded.
• Chen An revealed that the Fire Dragon King, Mountain Dragon King, and Time Dragon were his puppets, declined Zhang Huanyun’s offer to lead the Blood God Legion, and returned to the Central Legion as a regiment commander.
• At the Federation council meeting, Xu Lang presented evidence that Cao Dezhi had caused the Abyss assault and proposed designating the Tang Sect and Shrek Academy terrorist organizations.
• Council members argued over whether the Tang Sect and Shrek Academy had colluded with the Abyss, while Ya Li defended the Tang Sect and the council chairman called for an investigation.
• Xu Lang challenged the Tang Sect’s claims of service to the Federation, and Chen An considered how to learn the location of the God-Slaying Weapon before condemning the sect and Shrek Academy for their actions.
• Chen An rejected the Tang Sect Grand Elder’s appeals to its ancestors’ achievements and urged the Federation to use its legal and military power against both organizations.
• Many legislators backed action against the Tang Sect and Shrek Academy, and Qiangu Dongfeng declared the Spirit Pagoda’s support for holding them to Federation law.

The Federation approved action against Shrek Academy and the Tang Sect, prompting Yun Ming to unite their forces and prepare Shrek City for a siege. Chen An’s side captured Zhen Hua and Long Yeyue died fighting them, while the Federation’s public campaign left Shrek Academy and the Tang Sect widely condemned.

• Chen An persuaded the Federation Council to approve a measure against Shrek Academy and the Tang Sect, and Xu Lang demanded that they dissolve and surrender their assets.
• Yun Ming and the Tang Sect Grand Elder united their organizations, strengthened Shrek City’s defenses, planned to relocate branch personnel, and distributed Cosmos Creation Pills to powerful Spirit Masters.
• Yun Ming sent Long Yeyue to abduct Zhen Hua so he could use the master smith to produce Four-Word Battle Armor and deny it to Chen An’s forces.
• Long Yeyue fought Mu Ye and then Chen An’s allies while carrying Zhen Hua, but Chen An’s forces seized Zhen Hua and killed Long Yeyue after she detonated herself.
• The Tang Sect moved researchers, weapons, and supplies to Shrek City as Yun Ming and Ya Li feared for Long Yeyue, while Zhen Hua agreed to help Xu Lin retaliate against Shrek Academy.
• The Federation Speaker accused Shrek Academy and the Tang Sect of drawing Abyss Creatures to the battlefield, trying to abduct Zhen Hua, and repeatedly violating Federation laws, prompting widespread public condemnation.
