Although Minato had only recently started working, Torikaze gave him complete freedom, letting him handle things however he wanted and act without restraint.

Minato Namikaze had envied that for a long time, and this time, he had finally gotten it too.

As long as the Third Hokage delegated his authority, he could manage Konoha in full.

As for Danzo, he didn't know him.

"Alright, Lord Torikaze. I'll definitely go if I get the chance, but Konoha has been far too busy these past few days. I can't get away."

Torikaze handed Minato Namikaze a chip. "This chip is a pass that lets you travel freely between the two worlds. Just place it against your skin, and it'll naturally fuse with you."

Minato Namikaze immediately did as instructed. Watching the chip slowly merge into his body, he found it incredibly fascinating.

"What principle is this? It actually went directly beneath the skin."

He could feel the chip just below his epidermis, yet there was no abnormal reaction whatsoever.

Torikaze wanted to say that he didn't know either. Even Amado had spent two or three days completely unable to figure out something this high-tech. Only the Replicator could copy it shamelessly.

Different fields required different expertise. It was fine not to understand many things, as long as one knew how to use them.

"It's based on methods from the study of human bodily functions. It's normal that you don't understand."
