Hashirama's Surprise

"How was your game, you three generations? I bought lots of delicious food. You're in for a treat at lunch."

Mito returned home carrying two bags of groceries, and Torikaze stepped forward to help take them into the kitchen.

She saw the three generations sitting together and playing on their phones. Normally, Mito would have muttered a few complaints, but not today.

"What a harmonious scene. This kind of atmosphere is the best. It's about time too, so wait a moment. I'll go make lunch."

Whenever Mito made a big meal in the past, she would invite many people over—Torikaze's family, as well as Tsunade and her husband.

But today, she was cooking specifically for her granddaughter from another world. She was inviting no one else.

Tsunade Senju was somewhat overwhelmed by the favor. She had not tasted her grandmother's cooking in a long time, and it filled her with nostalgia.
