Torikaze oversaw the first experimental limb transplants for disabled shinobi while guiding the village’s training, schools, and research. Hyuga Gen’s surgery succeeded, and Torikaze and Amado turned to expanding the experiment and preparing for Ōtsutsuki Isshiki.

• Shisui and Itachi trained under Hogen for months, while Might Duy urged Might Guy to repay the Hatake Clan’s kindness and support Kakashi.
• Torikaze and Chisato inspected the Academy of Arts and Konoha Village School, while Windcloud Mountain set out with disguised clones of Torikaze and Minato to visit the Land of Lightning.
• Yahiko and Konan screened Amado’s volunteer candidates, and Hyuga Gen and an Ouyashiro Clan Jonin agreed to risk experimental limb transplants while a civilian ninja declined.
