As Mash and her group arrived from East Village, they no longer relied on Da Vinci's Mystic Code for defense. Instead, they chose to strike back, fighting their way straight to Lancelot. Lancelot was not surprised to see Bedivere; after all, Gawain had already met him before.

"Of course the King is conscious." Facing Bedivere's questioning, Lancelot nodded firmly.

"Why would the King do this, Lancelot? Do you still possess the honor of a Knight of the Round Table?" The Knights of the Round Table, who should have protected the people, had instead raised their blades against them. It filled Bedivere with grief and indignation, making him regret his former hesitation even more and strengthening his resolve to see the Knight King.
