Dai Mubai first clashes with Tang San at the Rose Hotel in Suotuo City over a room he keeps reserved for himself. He responds to Tang San’s challenge by revealing his Level 37 White Tiger Martial Soul and decisively overwhelms Tang San’s Blue Silver Grass abilities. 20 21
