Give Them Respect, Call Them the Ministry of Magic; Show Them None...
Before Harry could even open the letter, another owl drifted over.
The envelope was very formal and even bore the Ministry of Magic's seal.
"It's an official letter from the Ministry of Magic, Harry," Ron said, his face showing some alarm. "Did you use Charms at home? Good heavens..."
"It was just a few Charms," Harry sighed. He thought he wouldn't be discovered if he didn't use his wand.
He opened the letter, which read:
Mr. Potter:
We have received a report that since the start of the holiday, you have used the Apparition Spell and the Silencing Charm at Number 4 Privet Drive, Little Whinging, and have recommended magical products to Muggle.
As you know, underage wizards are not allowed to use magic outside of school, and are even less allowed to add Potions such as Jubilee Potion to the food of Muggle. If you do such things again, you may be expelled from the school (Law on the Reasonable Restraint of Underage Wizards, 1875, Section 3).
Also, please remember that according to Section 13 of the International Confederation of Wizards Secrecy Act, any magical activity that may attract the attention of non- Magical World members (Muggle) is a serious violation of the law.
Considering that you are only a freshman and this is your first offense, our company is only informing you by letter.
Have a great summer vacation!

"How many regulations have you violated?" Ron watched from the side, stunned and speechless.
"I don't know," Harry said nonchalantly, folding the letter into a paper airplane and tossing it away. "I think Hermione's guess is probably right. The Ministry of Magic is only monitoring one area— Number 4 Privet Drive in Little Whinging —where I'm the only wizard, so they assumed I was using Charms."
In fact, we can use the process of elimination to unravel the mystery. After all, Harry did not use a wand when he used Charms in Little Whinging, which means that the Ministry of Magic is monitoring more than just the wand itself.
The fact that Harry used several harmless Minor Curses in Knockturn Alley that could have landed him in Azkaban without being detected by the Ministry of Magic further illustrates that in areas where wizards congregate, the Ministry of Magic cannot monitor any specific individual.
"No wonder Dad sometimes teaches us Charms, so that's why," Ron said, suddenly realizing.
He looked up and saw Harry throwing the paper airplane, and asked with some concern, "Then... won't you... handle the Ministry of Magic's official letter this way...?"
"Don't worry." Harry shaded his eyes with his hand, watching the paper airplane drift away. "It's just the Ministry of Magic, they're not going to lock me up in Azkaban— "
However, he was still thinking that it was better to avoid trouble now, since saving Veratia and Cassandra was the priority, and it was best not to get entangled in such mundane matters.
Sometimes he even thinks, how wonderful it would be if we could switch places!
If only he had gone to Hogwarts as it is now! He would have become famous throughout the Magical World as soon as he entered, everyone would have wanted to shake his hand, he would have had the money to buy lots of snacks to share with his friends on the train—and he could have even shown off his skills in Quidditch.
No matter what mistakes he made, he always had his friends to share the punishment with him. If he was unhappy, he could go to Hagrid's Hut to complain. That tall, big friend always tolerated him in his own way.
But what about the one who went to school a hundred years ago?
He had no relatives or friends by his side, and he was penniless. He was extremely cautious in the Magical World, afraid of saying something wrong that would displease others and get him expelled from school.
If it weren't for the help of Professor Weasley and Gareth, he might have really remained a recluse forever.
The days of a hundred years ago... let's not talk about them.
Although he was reluctant to admit it, apart from the Weasley family a hundred years ago and his two Slytherin buddies, Cassandra was one of the few sources of sunshine he had ever felt—and of course, there was Veratia transferred to Hogwarts in his fifth year.
So after receiving the notification, Harry didn't intend to have any conflict with the Ministry of Magic —nothing was more important than saving the two girls, and he'd deal with everything else later.
Well... but judging from the personalities of these two girls, they probably don't take the Ministry of Magic seriously.
After all, one is the sister of a legendary Dark Wizard, and as a wizard who can learn any Charms at a glance, she might even be stronger than her brother; the other's father was the de facto ruler of the Ministry of Magic back then.
Harry then opened another letter from Mr. LeMay, which read:
[Dear Sir,
I was delighted to receive your letter; it has been a long time since I last saw you—and it's worth mentioning that your handwriting is still as terrible as ever.
Albus has explained your situation to me in detail, and considering the recent schedule, I would like to wait for your arrival on August 16th.
If you have any messages, please reply with an owl; I would be very happy to do so.
Nicolas Flamel's letter to Harry Potter, 29 Juillet 1992
Harry glanced at the owl still standing to the side, took out paper and pen and wrote a new reply to Nicolas Flamel, asking the owl to take it back for him.
When he saw the owl off, he found Ron already playing with Goblin in the field.
The little creature looked like a potato, and when it was grabbed, it screamed and shouted, "Let me go!"
Ron swung his arm wide, like Chaser throwing Bludger, and hurled the Goblin out.
"Not bad for a pitch, Ron," Harry exclaimed. "Looks like you could make a decent Chaser."
"Hey, if you've finished writing your letter, come over and help!" Ron shouted back.
He had barely finished speaking when his mother smacked him on the head.
"Ron! Harry is a guest, how can you let him work with you!"
After saying that, Mrs. Weasley's expression changed in an instant. "Oh, dear Harry, it's so nice to have you in our home—happy birthday."
"Thank you, Aunt Molly." Harry smiled and nodded, going inside. "I'll help Ron —there are just too many Goblin in this garden; he can't handle them all by himself... By the way, where are Fred and George?"
"I wonder where they've run off to," Mrs. Weasley sighed, hands on her hips. "Those two rascals, I never know where they'll end up..."
Harry had just walked up to Ron, intending to help him pull out the Goblin, when he heard a whistle coming from the distant horizon.
"Fred! George!"
A roar erupted beside him.
Harry turned his head to look, then turned back again with trepidation.
That's terrible, Aunt Molly...
"Haha, those two stole Dad's car and got caught by Mom," Ron said gleefully.
Since he wasn't the one who made the mistake, Ron could just sit back and watch the show.
Fortunately, Ron has been behaving quite well lately and has been getting good grades on his tests, so Mrs. Weasley hasn't taken her anger out on Ron.
That makes sense, considering this youngest son earned the college fifty points at the end of the year!
After scolding her for a while, Mrs. Weasley went inside and began preparing dinner.
After their mother left, Fred and George immediately abandoned their meek and submissive demeanor and began a new round of carefree play.
"Hey Harry," Fred and George approached from either side, "I almost forgot to tell you, we invented something the other day—here, try this candy."
Harry took the candy from Fred and asked curiously, "What's this?"
"We call it 'Instant Class-Skipping Candy '," Fred whispered. "After eating it, you'll have a constant nosebleed—of course, the nosebleed is fake and won't harm the user. I bet if this stuff could be sold at your cousin's school, it would make a fortune, right?"
"It's a bit of a shame, Fred," Harry sighed. "I sent my cousin some Magical World snacks the other day, and the Ministry of Magic sent me a warning letter."
"I can vouch for you," Ron chimed in. "For now, it's just a warning. If it happens again, Harry be reporting to Azkaban."
"Oh, it seems there really is such a rule." Fred shrugged.
George put his arm around Fred's shoulder and said with a grin, "But it's okay, we can sell them to other classmates too—"
"Think about it," they both said in unison, "What if there was a candy that only cost two Sickle and could help you escape Professor Snape's Potions Class..."
"I want them all."
Ron said without hesitation that he rummaged through his pockets and found only one Sickle and ten Knut.
"How about you sell it to me cheaply as my first deal?" Ron asked tentatively.
"Two Sickle," Fred and George said simultaneously, not wanting to give Ron a chance to bargain.
"Come on, I'm your own brother!" Ron said angrily. "Is money all you care about?"
"Well said, Ron, well said," they said together, "Four Sickle."
Harry almost died laughing at the antics of these three lovable brothers. He could tell that Fred and George were definitely Ron's older brothers, otherwise they wouldn't be teasing their younger brother like this.
The brothers laughed and joked, and in the end, Fred and George took all of Ron's savings and gave him several pieces of Instant Class-Skipping Candy.
"You can help us sell them, Ronnie little darling," George coaxed in Ron's ear. "Your brothers will give you a commission as payment, what do you say?"
"Deal!" Ron was afraid that if he agreed too late, his two older brothers would change their minds.
"Then it's settled," Fred and George said with satisfaction.
They were in the garden, beating Goblin and chatting idly.
The conversation started at the Dursley family and moved on to the Weasley family, ending with Mrs. Weasley inviting them to dinner.
"I actually have another friend." Harry suddenly remembered Pabbie, took out his wallet, and let her out.
Upon seeing Pabbie, everyone present gasped in shock.
"Good heavens, Harry," Fred and George said, "You know what? We thought you were the Lion King before because of your strength—but now we really mean it, because you dared to bring Unicorn out of the Forbidden Forest!"
"If we hadn't been talking about food, I would have completely forgotten about Pabbie," Harry said with a laugh, gesturing to Pabbie, "Pabbie, shall we eat together?"
"I'm not hungry yet," Pabbie said embarrassedly. "I ate all the snacks you bought while I was in your wallet."
"You can eat so much..." Fred exclaimed in shock. "My God, I never knew Unicorn ate human food."
"Maybe I'm a little special," Pabbie nudged Harry's shoulder. "Are you guys going to eat?"
"Hmm, but it looks like I don't need to bring yours." Harry reached out and pinched Pabbie's neck. "Let me introduce you to Aunt Molly and the others first..."
"Okay!" Pabbie said cheerfully.
As Mrs. Weasley walked in, she saw Harry leading a horse, but she had no idea what was going on.
But upon closer inspection, Mrs. Weasley noticed the horns on Pabbie's head.
"This... this is Unicorn?!" Mrs. Weasley asked in shock.
Percy, who was sitting at the table reading a book, dropped the book onto the table with a thud.
"Yes, this is my friend, Pabbie." Harry put his arm around Pabbie's neck and began to introduce them to everyone.
Pabbie had a sweet tongue and was good at playing the young girl, calling her Aunt Molly all the time, which made Mrs. Weasley very happy.
Harry's eyelids twitched. "You're over a hundred years old..."
After getting acquainted, everyone sat down together, including Pabbie. Unable to resist Mrs. Weasley's warm invitation, she also stood at the table, right next to Harry.
No sooner had he taken his seat than Mr. Weasley rushed back from outside, looking travel-worn.
"Looks like I got back just in time?" Mr. Weasley said, carrying a large cream cake. "Here, this is for you, Harry —hmm? Unicorn?"
Harry quickly said, "Thank you, Uncle Arthur —this is Pabbie, my friend."
"Hello, Uncle Arthur." Pabbie shook his head.
"Hello to you too."
Mr. Weasley greeted Pabbie, walked to the table, placed the cake on it, and seeing his dejected Twins sons, smiled and asked, "What's wrong? Fred, George —why are you both so downcast?"
"Yes, Arthur, they both drove a car!"
It would have been better if she hadn't mentioned it, because the moment she did, Mrs. Weasley's eyes lit up with anger. "Imagine a wizard buying a rusty old car and telling his wife he just wanted to take it apart to see what was inside, but in reality he used magic to turn it into a flying car—"
"Oh, don't worry, darling, there are actually loopholes in the law. As long as you're not actually flying in it, you won't break any laws," Mr. Weasley said casually.
"But in fact! This afternoon! Your two sons flew away in this car!" Mrs. Weasley said angrily.
"Really?" Mr. Weasley's face lit up with a smug smile, and he quickly asked his two sons, "How's it flying?"
Mrs. Weasley slammed her hand on the table.
"That's not right, children, very, very wrong—" Mr. Weasley quickly corrected himself.
"Dad, why are you so late?" Fred tried to change the subject. "Didn't you say things were over with the Muggle?"
"It's not over yet," Mr. Weasley sighed. "Things seem to be getting more and more complicated. The Muggle Auror say there's been a murder on the cruise ship from London to New York, and all the Muggle on board are dead—apparently, something called 'surveillance' shows that it was done by a dark-haired, red-eyed girl."
