Drifting on a boat is a very difficult experience. If the sea is calm, it's alright, but waters like the West Wind Drift can be deadly.

As is well known, there is a very long gap between the Southern Hemisphere continents and Antarctica, where there is no continent.

The wind blows across the sea without any obstruction, reaching force 5 or 6 when it is light, and force 11 or 12 or even higher when it is strong.

The same goes for seawater; it flows without any obstruction and at an extremely fast speed.

It's easy to imagine what the situation was like on the ship.

Fortunately, the Roaring Forties are not very long, since we are not just wandering through Roaring Forties, but passing through them on our way to Antarctica.

After passing the Roaring Forties, this situation was greatly alleviated.

And Antarctic continent is just around the corner.

"Finally over," Neville said, hugging the toilet and looking exhausted. "I don't want to take a boat back! I never want to cross this place by boat again!"

"Don't worry," Harry patted Neville on the shoulder, "We'll use the Portkey when we come back—oh, I saw a scallop. Shellfish aren't exactly friendly to men, are they?"

He was referring to the undigested scallops that Neville vomited up.

"Ugh!" Neville lowered his head and dry-heaved, his face pale.

"I think Professor Snape should research a cure for seasickness." Draco's expression was also a bit grim, but his physical condition was quite good, unlike Neville and Seamus's. "What do you think, Harry?"

"How do you plan to let him do the research?" Harry raised an eyebrow. "Should we take Professor Snape with us next time we go on a ship?"

"Good idea." Draco's eyes lit up. "I also want to see how Professor Snape behaves when he boards the ship and crosses the Roaring Forties— whether he'll end up S.P.E.W. while hugging the toilet like Neville."

Harry looked up and imagined Professor Snape S.P.E.W. into the toilet, finding the scene breathtaking and absolutely stunning!

"You're quite the good student of Slytherin House," he said sarcastically to Draco.

"Thank you for the compliment," Draco said politely, patting his chest in thanks.

In the afternoon, they finally arrived at the Antarctic continent.

Unfortunately, there are no wizards in Antarctic continent, so they can only temporarily stay at the Britain research station.

Fortunately, they were wizards and didn't need to worry about such extreme weather, since there was Charms in place.

Charms, isn't that amazing?

However, it is currently the coldest time of Southern Hemisphere.

"I still don't understand why anyone would choose to travel to a place where even birds wouldn't poop."

Cassandra wrapped a thick Slytherin- style scarf around her neck, but she wore 120D grey velvet stockings on her lower body. As a highly skilled wizard, she was indeed not afraid of such cold.

"What I need to correct you is," Veratia always managed to point out Cassandra's grammatical errors at crucial moments, "This isn't some godforsaken place. You should know that penguins are birds too, and they live in Antarctica and they defecate here."

Cassandra opened her mouth, but could only hum in dissatisfaction.

There's nothing we can do; Veratia is right.

"I have a question," Pabbie, pulling on her Hufflepuff scarf. "Where are we planning to stop for the night? What's our destination? Is it the South Pole? Or somewhere else?"

"Let's just wander around," Veratia said with a smile. "If you want to go to the South Pole, that's not out of the question. I happen to have a carriage ready."

"A carriage?" Pabbie asked with interest. "What are you planning to use to pull the carriage? I remember reading an article about an Britain named Scott who used ponies to pull his carriage and eventually froze to death in the Antarctica wilderness—while Amundsen survived because he had snow dogs with him."

Upon hearing Pabbie's words, everyone shuddered.

"Don't say such unlucky things," Harry corrected him.

"Don't worry, it's not a miniature pony or a sled dog," Veratia said with a smile. "You'll find out after we leave here."

The staff at the research station did not notice these wizards. In fact, Veratia had cast some Confundus Charm before setting off, preventing them from seeing anything related to wizards.

Even when they were about to run into the wizard, they would avoid it due to some coincidences.

After they left the research station, they gathered in an open area.

Everything around was a vast expanse of white, so bright it was dazzling.

"Where's the carriage?" Cassandra asked.

Veratia took out her wallet, and soon a luxurious carriage appeared in the open space.

In front of the carriage were two giants, each about fifteen feet tall, covered with long, thick white hair.

"Yeti?" Pabbie exclaimed. "You actually managed to get Yeti? Good heavens, that's a brilliant idea! Using Yeti to pull a carriage—how did you even get them moving?"

"Get in the car first," Veratia called out.

Everyone boarded the bus in order, and as soon as they entered, they felt a warm and cozy feeling.

Magic, isn't it amazing?

The interior of the carriage was not like that of an ordinary carriage with two rows of seats, but rather like a train carriage, with an aisle in the middle and several compartments on both sides.

Neville and Seamus chose a box, Hermione and Ron also chose one, and the rest naturally went to Harry and his friends.

After everyone was seated, Veratia snapped her fingers.

Then, the two Yeti looked up at the sky and let out a long, loud cry.

"Look." Veratia lifted the curtain in front, and Pabbie over to take a look. He saw the flames following closely behind the Yeti. The flames were kept very close, so they wouldn't burn the Yeti's fur, but they could still feel the temperature of the flames.

Pabbie his mouth wide, and after a long pause, asked in a hoarse voice, "Are you a devil?"

Veratia smiled mysteriously, but said nothing.

As is well known, Yeti have an ingrained fear of fire, so a skilled wizard can drive them away.

Veratia took advantage of this characteristic to drive them forward.

Yeti are brutal creatures; they attack and devour everything they encounter—but these two are clearly under some Harmless Minor Curses.

It's worth mentioning that the Yeti is one of the least secretive creatures in the magical world, which is why there have been numerous Muggle sightings of Yeti.

The most famous of these was a lieutenant colonel named Charles Howard-Berry, whose sighting in 1926 was due to frequent violations of Section 73 of the Secrecy Statute in the Eastern Hittite region. As a result, the International Confederation of Wizards had to establish a permanent base there and station an International Task Force.

The carriage sped across the Antarctic plateau, surrounded by a vast expanse of white.

Being in a warm carriage while looking out at the snowy landscape is indeed a very novel experience.

Two weeks later, they finally reached the South Pole.

Throughout the journey, Hermione took photos non-stop with her camera.

After spending two days at Amundsen - Scott Station, they didn't forget to erase the memories of the American research station staff before setting off again for East Station.

"Isn't this inappropriate?" Hermione asked hesitantly, feeling that it was rather impolite.

"There's nothing wrong with it," Veratia said with a smile. "It's what America deserve."

After spending more than half a month in Antarctica, they reluctantly used their Portkey to return to the Britain.

"That was truly an amazing trip," Hermione said, sounding a little wistful. "Maybe next year we can go to the Arctic?"

"Silly girl," Veratia ruffled Hermione's hair, "Your summer vacation is like summer in the Arctic, nothing beats winter!"

In each household, there is a letter sent by Hogwarts with a list of items to buy for the new school term.

During the last week of summer vacation, they bought things according to the list provided by the school. After everything was ready, they stayed at home and quietly waited for the new semester to begin.

Fortunately, with several House Elf in the house, Harry doesn't need to worry about washing clothes or packing.

But Ron was in trouble; he had to go home and pack his clothes and luggage himself because his parents had taken Ginny out to play again.

"If you ask me," Harry said, "You should bring your things to my house and let Ruby or Kritcher wash them."

Upon hearing this, Ron realized that there really was such a way.

So he happily gathered up the pile of dirty clothes and returned to Grimmauld Place, Number 12.

Having been away for a long time, Veratia had already set off back to Austria upon her return— Cassandra also had her own things to do, Pabbie was busy taking care of Magical Creatures with Newt.

Therefore, in Grimmauld Place, only Anne was with Harry.

The day before School Opening, the Mr. and Mrs. Weasley brought Ginny to Grimmauld Place, Number 12. Bill also came, along with a woman he hadn't expected.

Phoebe Delacour, a former warrior of Beauxbatons.

"This is my girlfriend," Bill introduced her to everyone in a cool tone.

However, Mrs. Weasley seemed to dislike Phoebe very much.

When they arrived, Harry was still sleeping in the house. When he woke up, he bumped into Ron, who was walking into the house.

"I'm warning you, brother," Ron said, still shaken, "You'd better not go to the Kitchen. It's—well, not so peaceful there."

Harry was baffled and didn't understand why Ron said that.

Sure enough, as soon as he entered the Kitchen, he saw Phoebe sitting at the table, talking incessantly about planning her wedding with Bill.

Mrs. Weasley stood before a pile of cabbages that were automatically peeling, her face showing a displeased expression.

" —Bill and I have pretty much decided on just two bridesmaids; Ginny and Gabrielle will look adorable together. I'm thinking of having them wear light gold dresses—pink would definitely look terrible with Ginny's hair—"

"Ah, Harry!" Mrs. Weasley exclaimed, interrupting Phoebe's long monologue. "Excellent! I was just about to tell you about the security arrangements for the journey to Hogwarts tomorrow. We've borrowed another car from the Ministry of Magic, and there will be Auror waiting for you at the station—you know, because of the Dark Lord incident in America, Sirius —oh, I mean Minister Black —has increased security at the station. Of course, Remus will be there too."

"Is Tonks there too?" Harry asked curiously. "They're getting married soon, aren't they?"

"No, probably not. Arthur said she's been relocated," Mrs. Weasley replied. "And I can answer your question. Remus said they'll be married sometime around Christmas this year at the latest."

"That Tonks, she's become so unkempt," Phoebe said thoughtfully, looking at her beautiful face through the back of a teaspoon. "If you ask me, it's a huge mistake—"

"Yes, thank you," Mrs. Weasley said sharply, interrupting Phoebe once again.

Then, there was a brief silence.

Bill quickly tried to lighten the mood, saying, "By the way, Harry, I heard you guys went to Antarctica during the summer vacation? How was it? Was it fun there?"

"It was quite fun," Harry said with a smile. "You know, when it's summer in the Northern Hemisphere, it's winter in the Southern Hemisphere, and the temperature in Antarctica is very low—but we're wizards, so we don't need to worry about the temperature. However, the journey to Antarctica was really exhausting. The Roaring Forties strong and the waves were high. At first, everyone thought it was exciting, but soon everyone was hugging the toilet and throwing up. Later on, our way of greeting each other became 'Did you throw up?'"

Bill burst into laughter upon hearing Harry's words.

It was clear that Bill's smile was genuine, considering that Mrs. Weasley had never given him and Phoebe a kind look.

Harry didn't know why Mrs. Weasley disliked Phoebe so much.

That evening, Anne cleared up his doubts.

"Perhaps Mrs. Weasley thinks Phoebe isn't the type of woman who'd settle down and have a domestic life," Anne said gently. "You see, she's just too beautiful to be someone who could take care of Bill."

"Alright then." Harry shrugged. "Thank goodness my mom's not around, otherwise—"

He suddenly stopped talking at this point.

Yes, if Mom were here, how would she criticize him?

Anyway, I guess there won't be anything like what happened between Mrs. Weasley and Phoebe, right?

First of all, Mom definitely wouldn't dislike Veratia —although the two of them are best friends, Veratia met Harry first and then her mother. According to her mother's personality, she might even pat him on the head and say, "Good boy, you actually managed to win over your Aunt Vivi."

Cassandra? That's hard to say, really hard to say. The Tsundere Young Lady has long since retired from the meta!

As for Pabbie, I don't think anyone would dislike this Pabbie girl.

As for Anne?

Anne is actually quite good at being charming.

"Your mother—" Anne hesitated for a long time before finally saying with a complicated expression, "Surely there will always be someone she likes?"
