The group quickly dealt with all the Rock Armor Beasts on the outskirts and reached the deepest part of the cave.
"Where's that Rock Armor Beast leader?" Erik asked curiously as he looked around the empty cave.
"Don't let your guard down. It's nearby!"
Rhode stared intently at the red dot on the Magic Circle. It showed that the Rock Armor Beast King was close to them, and just as he finished speaking, a "rock" suddenly lunged down from the cliff wall.
It was a colossal creature nearly five meters long, several times the size of an ordinary Rock Armor Beast. Even its scales had turned a grayish-yellow color like stone.
No wonder they had not noticed it immediately.
"Get back!" Som shouted, raising his battle axe across his chest and forcibly withstanding the Beast King's pounce.
Norn seized the chance to slash at its belly, but his sword only scraped a shower of sparks from its scales.

The Light Arrow shot out at high speed, but the instant it struck the Rock Armor Beast King, the beast swatted it into the wall with its tail, producing a violent explosion.
The intense blast made Rhode's eyelid twitch.
If it caused a cave-in, they would have nowhere to run.
After knocking away Erik's attack, the Beast King opened its jaws and charged toward them to bite.
