"Father." The four-armed creature's lips moved slightly, and a standard human voice emerged from his alien vocal cords.

"...?" Leman Russ gripped the Loyalty Sword, his entire body freezing in place.

All his fighting spirit, all his fury, were forcibly suppressed by the four-armed creature's words. Confusion rose within him.

Azrael, Zabriel, and Hraell climbed up from the ground, all staring at the four-armed creature in bewilderment, unable to understand what he was playing at.

The four-armed creature tilted his head and asked:

The four-armed creature lifted his head and sighed.

The Lion lowered his body slightly, the blade called Loyalty thrusting straight for the four-armed creature's throat.

Yet the Lion's blade seemed to have sunk into a swamp. Its advance grew slower and slower, as though its kinetic energy were being gnawed away and devoured by some invisible thing in the air.

The four-armed creature casually extended one hand and flicked the blade aside.

"If you can kill me and destroy this body, that would be fine too."
