Hyuga Bin had met Namikaze Minato and Uzumaki Kushina several times. He had even accepted missions alongside Minato, and with Kakashi as their connection, they were not unfamiliar with each other.

"Bin-kun, have you mastered the Yin Seal too?" Uzumaki Kushina asked in surprise.
Having spent several years by Uzumaki Mito's side, she knew the Yin Seal very well.
However, at the time, she had been busy studying the Uzumaki Clan's Sealing Jutsu. Since the Yin Seal was not something she particularly needed at her age, she had spent only a small amount of time learning it.
