The Mind Stone Secured
Ultimately, Thanos chose to withdraw his troops.
The vast Black Order possessed immense power, but ultimately, with the deaths of his most trusted followers, Thanos had very few capable men left.
He has absolutely no advantage in going to war with Earth now.
If the two sides were evenly matched, Thanos wouldn't have anything to fear. But the problem is, considering Divine Realm's attitude, Thanos isn't optimistic about the outcome of this war.
So he chose to temporarily back down.
Anyway, the Asgardian will eventually face their demise, so this is a good time for me to regroup.
After Ragnarok arrives in Asgard, he will return to Earth!
For Thanos, who has a very long lifespan...
He can wait.
On the other hand, Ben did not stop Thanos from leaving.
That warship, built with the full might of the Korbinite, certainly looked impressive.
But in reality...
This warship actually didn't have much capability to go head-to-head with Thanos's Black Order.
Inside the warship, Korg's rock-solid lips were practically drooling with smirk. He pleaded, "Stop him talking! Thanos's fleet can wipe us out with a single shot..."
But nobody listened to him.
Instead, many people rushed up and tackled him to the ground, then dragged him away.
Everyone knew that the Giant Battleship were more for show than practical use; they were merely refugee ships for the Korbin People and couldn't touch Thanos.
However, at times like these, one should not show weakness.
Moreover, Ben himself and Looma were not in good condition at the moment.
Needless to say, Looma had already experienced a very fierce battle, being defeated by the husband-and-wife duo Corvus Glaive and Proxima Midnight, and suffering severe injuries.
After Ben arrived in Jotunheim, he rescued Looma, but still suffered some losses in the battle against Proxima Midnight and Corvus Glaive.
The key point is that these two actors performed so poorly in the movie that Ben was momentarily careless.
At first, he didn't know that Corvus Glaive had attached his Soul Stone to the blade, and that the blade itself was the true body.
So after smashing the opponent's body, he was ambushed by that blade, and then attacked by Proxima Midnight's God Spear.
Having experienced the power of the God Spear in the comics, Ben really wants to know, how exactly did Captain America catch that thing in the movie?
However, in the end, these two mechanic-based monsters were completely crushed by the sheer number of stats stacked up by the Ancient Four Arms!
But then, the giants surrounded them again.
So the two of them immediately switched to a team-up fighting mode and continued fighting the Frost Giant until Loki opened the portal.
So, despite his imposing aura at the moment, the actual situation is not very good.
This is why Ben Thanos instead of fighting to the death like Tony did.
Thanos turned to leave, and seeing this, Supergiant intended to leave with Thanos. However, Looma stepped forward, her towering figure blocking her way.
Ben's gaze swept over them, and he said coldly:
But nobody said you could leave.
"Thanos attacked Earth for the gems, and since he lost, it's only right that he leaves behind one."
"And you, as one of the main offensive personnel in this war, do you really think you can just walk away?"
Letting Thanos was a last resort, but to let Supergiant leave with the Mind Stone would have been incredibly foolish of Ben.
It's not just the Mind Stone that's indispensable; even the Supergiant can't leave.
Because besides Loki, only she knew how to open the Space Stone in reverse.
This is knowledge she obtained from Loki's mind using the Mind Stone, knowledge that even Thanos doesn't yet possess.
If the Supergiant leaves, Thanos only needs to obtain another Infinity Stone to launch another attack, bypassing the Planetary Shield and attacking from the inside.
Thus, the war ended with Thanos's retreat, the annihilation of the Chitauri Vanguard, the death of four of the Black Order, the capture of the Supergiant, and the Mind Stone falling into the hands of Ben.
On Earth, the price was the complete destruction of all buildings in Manhattan and the loss of a large number of Primus's Iron Soldiers...
There were almost no casualties.
However, the Winter Soldier's prosthetic hand is now useless, T'Challa said he's going to replace it with a new one.
And now, the heroes sit amidst the ruins.
In the sky, the Korbin People's Giant Battleship did not leave. Bill descended from the sky, leading the warriors and other Korbin People to pay homage to King of Sakaar.
After all, without Ben, his people would probably have remained forever as Collector ' items.
Fortunately, Ben still presents himself as a Four Arms.
Seeing that Bill was bringing so many Korbin People to join the Galactic Plumbers, Ben welcomed them.
"The Korbin People are few in number, and coincidentally, Sakaar has a vast land area with plenty of wilderness, enough to accommodate them."
"Loki, take us to Sakaar."
Ben plans to first go to the Sakaar to settle the Korbin People, and also to treat Looma's injuries promptly.
Of course, the most important thing is...
The fact that Looma and Felicia were on screen together made him feel a little uneasy.
Felicia is alright; with Mary Jane as an example, she might be quite receptive.
The main concern was Looma; Ben was a little afraid of her holding the hammer and then saying to Felicia:
Want to be Benny's girlfriend?
Beat me first!
Looma cares about most is whether Felicia or someone else has the ability to become Ben's wife.
For example, she had no objection to powerful women like Brunnhilde and Caiera.
On the contrary, the more the better for her!
It would be great if a few of them could get into a fight when they had nothing else to do!
"No problem."
Loki took out the Cosmic Cube and opened a massive spatial portal outside Earth, large enough for Giant Battleship to pass through.
As mentioned before.
The power a gemstone can exert is closely related to the user.
The Loki of today is clearly no longer the useless character from the movies who needed machines to open a passage several meters wide.
After doing all this, he handed the Tesseract back to Ben, then opened his arms to show Ben his armor.
"How do I look? Don't I think my new clothes are cool?"
He wasn't asking about the new clothes; he was seeking praise.
"Perfect for you, Loki."
Ben nodded approvingly, then asked, "When will you ascend the throne?"
"I might pick a good day, then I won't go to Sakaar with you," Loki said smugly. "I need to send that unworthy fellow back to Asgard."
He was naturally referring to Thor had not yet been thawed.
And so, the groups parted ways.
Felicia had wanted to ask where the Hacker had gone, but considering she had already spent enough time in the bathroom and was afraid of arousing Mary Jane's suspicion, she immediately rushed back to Primus.
Thus, a terrible battle was ultimately averted.
Let's return our focus to Sakaar.
In the vast wilderness, a massive teleportation portal opened, and then, before the eyes of countless Sakaaran, Giant Battleship slowly emerged from the portal.
Because Caiera had been informed in advance, the appearance of the Giant Battleship did not provoke an attack.
Caiera arrived to greet them with the reorganized Sakaar Royal Guard.
Today, the Sakaar has undergone a dramatic transformation.
The once garbage-strewn wasteland was cleared away, and the barren red desert was brought back to life after the red Flash of King of Sakaar enveloped the entire planet.
The forest began to come alive.
The planet itself is also recovering.
"Caiera, how's the situation here?" Ben from the warship.
"No problem, the army Thanos sent could only hold us back; they've all been wiped out now."
Upon hearing this, Ben nodded.
Then Caiera looked back and asked in great surprise:
"This is what Bill was talking about, the Korbin People's Giant Battleship?"
This colossal spaceship looks enormous from afar, but only when you get close to it can you truly feel the insignificance of such a massive object.
Compared to this, a person who is three or four meters tall is as small as an ant.
The Giant Battleship was almost the size of a small island, and it housed hundreds of thousands of Korbin People.
"Give the Korbin People a province."
Although there were many alien races on Sakaar, Ben did not immediately integrate all the Korbin People into the various races of Sakaar.
Different races have different customs, so if it's just a single group of outsiders, there's naturally no need to worry about conflict.
However, with hundreds of thousands of Korbin People here, it's impossible for them to integrate all at once.
"Bill, I'm leaving the task of integrating the Korbin People into Sakaar to you," Ben instructed.
"It's my duty."
Bill placed his palm on his chest and bowed to Ben.
As the guardian of the Giant Battleship, his original purpose was to lead the Korbin People to a new home.
Immediately afterwards, Ben saw what the real Korbin People looked like.
Unlike Bill's protruding, horse-like face, the average Korbin People looked more human.
They had brown, earthy skin, were tall, bald, and had indistinct facial features.
In Ben's eyes, they were all the same, somewhat like brown-skinned Red Skull.
After settling these people in, Ben and Caiera returned to the Galactic Plumbers Headquarters.
Along the way, every Sakaaran saw him couldn't help but kneel down, raise their hands, and shout for him with tears in their eyes.
They thanked King of Sakaar for bringing new life to the planet and to their destiny.
Ben wasn't so happy about this.
"I have already said that there is no need for you to kneel before me."
He said, "I'm not turning them from one person's slave into another's slave."
"But people truly respect you from the bottom of their hearts," Caiera said with a smile.
After a while, they returned to the Galactic Plumbers Headquarters.
It is also the Totem Tower that was rebuilt.
