Antarctica.

A man with a body as exquisitely sculpted as Ancient Greece sculpture walks through the snow and ice.

He was dressed in thin clothes, but the extreme cold and snow seemed to have no effect on him. The gale that could overturn a car could not even shake his body. Such a powerful body was simply not that of an ordinary person.

In fact, Clark was well aware that he was not an ordinary person.

His extraordinary qualities were evident from a young age, and he was well aware that he was not the son of an Earthling, but a visitor from an unknown civilization.

Clark's extraordinary power and identity have always been a source of great distress. On this planet, billions of people live together, yet he feels incredibly lonely. He feels like an outcast, unable to fit in, forced to remain detached, waiting for the world to be "ready" to accept him.

Until recently, he overheard about the spaceships beneath the Antarctica ice sheet in a secluded tavern, and after killing Optimus Prime, he decided to come to this place to investigate.

The spaceship buried beneath the Kansas farm didn't leave much information. Clark didn't know if the spaceship the military had discovered was related to his past, but in any case, he had nothing else to do.

In the darkness, eyes emitting a piercing orange glow melted the solid ice.

In an instant, a huge passage was melted open under Clark's Heat Vision. He walked several kilometers into the ice and finally arrived in front of the black spaceship.

Clark was about to walk over immediately, but suddenly he seemed to hear something, turned around sharply, and shouted.

"Who?"

"We're not too late, are we?"

A blue Flash stopped on the glacier, and the black pulley almost lost its balance, stumbling slightly before coming to a sudden stop.

Although Ben has mastered the XLR8's abilities and can even use biostatic electricity to brake to some extent, stopping abruptly after traveling a quarter of the Earth is not so simple.

After learning about the spaceship, Ben didn't linger in Gotham, that peaceful and simple place. Instead, he rushed to Antarctica immediately, even taking a shortcut and using his superhuman agility to fly across the Pacific Ocean.

While running, I wasn't paying attention and it seems I accidentally stepped on a mermaid's back. I hope I didn't paralyze her.

Standing atop the glacier, Ben's gaze, hidden beneath his black mask, drifted into the distance—a white, icy basin where several container-like structures lay flat in the snow.

However, this basin was not naturally formed but artificially excavated. The alien spaceship was located a few kilometers below the camp, and the heavy ice crusher was working non-stop downwards, clearly eager to retrieve it.

Alien technology!

This was a fatal temptation for America.

"This will be a problem if it falls into your hands." Ben took a small step back, avoiding the camp's searchlights.

It was nighttime when he was in Gotham, and it was nighttime in Antarctica at that moment. Although the seasons are opposite in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, day and night depend on longitude.

Just then, he suddenly saw a figure slowly emerge from the dark camp. The person was wrapped in a thick down jacket, but judging from their height, it was clear that they were a woman.

"That must be Superman's girlfriend, Lois, right? Looks like I've arrived just in time."

Ben had no interest in Lois, but her appearance clearly indicated that Clark Kent was currently on his way to the spaceship's location.

He glanced into the distance and, sure enough, saw a cave that had been melted into the opposite cliff face.

Lois also noticed something and was heading in that direction, but as an ordinary person, she couldn't move quickly in this rugged, icy landscape, and getting through wouldn't be easy.

Ben ignored her, his figure vanishing in an instant, like a gust of wind, and reappearing at the cave entrance the next second.

The meltwater at the bottom of the ice cave hadn't cooled down yet; stepping on it felt like wading through a volcanic hot spring, demonstrating just how powerful Superman's Heat Vision was.

"It's too slippery."

The surface of Antarctica was originally covered with thick snowflakes, but the passageway, melted by the Heat Vision, contained only a thin layer of ice with very little friction. XLR8 was not suitable for action here, and considering that there was a Krypton boy inside who might become stressed at any moment, Ben decided to transform back into a normal human and continue on.

The nano-uniform retracted into the bracelet, and Ben, let out a long breath, feeling as refreshed as if he had drunk an ice-cold cola.

The sub-zero temperatures had no effect on him; in fact, he found them quite refreshing.

He entered the icy passage and continued downwards along the path Clark had cleared. The path was difficult, but he walked as if on flat ground.

A flawless version after checking every single one!

He walked for several kilometers before he saw the exit, which was a huge and empty ice cave, like a cavern, and inside the cavern was a huge black spaceship.

Before he could even step out, he heard a wary rebuke.

Clark Kent, dressed in a white shirt, stood at the front of the spaceship, looking at him warily.

Clark was not at peace.

He had already spotted Ben before Ben even stepped into the ice cave. His X-Ray Vision allowed him to see through the ice, and if he wanted, he could even see through the earth's crust and look directly to the other side of the world.

That's why he was even more vigilant.

Under his X-ray-like gaze, Ben didn't look like this just a few minutes ago.

It was a bizarre "alien," a strange life form like Dinosaur Man, but in the blink of an eye, its form changed, transforming into a humanoid life form.

His Mimic ability was so powerful that even his eyes couldn't detect anything unusual.

He couldn't help but wonder if there were actually many aliens like Ben who could disguise themselves as humans, and if they had infiltrated the entire human population. Perhaps he himself was even a monster in Mimic.

This might explain where his powerful Superpowers came from.

The thought that the person in front of him might be one of his own made Clark feel calm again.

He thought of the words his father had once spoken; he wanted to become a bridge for communication between Earthlings and his own race, but he didn't know if the world was ready, nor did he know if he himself was ready.
